Mark & Marky P at Brierley Hill branch have always been fantastic. I’ve been using them for years, if they didn’t have it in stock they would get it for me. Couldn’t believe CTD sold out to the Germans, and now guess what, oh yeh another great English company gone. Real shame

Instore service excellent, online service need improvement
Guys in store were great, order delayed by a day but they accommodated other means of collection. Buying process simple, but no way of tracking the order or any notification of it being delayed. Had to call store to find out of it was ready for collection on date selected when buying.

Been using Brierley Hill branch for…
Been using Brierley Hill branch for many years now I can only say good things about the staff and the Manager, I have to say Mark Payton the manager has trained his staff well and he goes out his way to get things when your in a tight spot. The amount of times I have been in other branches for stock and they haven’t any ( where Mark Payton goes out of his way to find out where there is stock and if he can get it in time for me ). So I’m happy and my customers are happy too
