Where we experience higher than expected demand on specific products we are sometimes unable to fulfil a small number of orders. Poor Customer service
Firstly, they don’t answer their phones, so I had to ring head office to find out if my tiles had arrived. Assistant was going to the loo when I arrived, but said He would be with me shortly and to wait in reception. When he came through, he was already serving someone else, so I had to wait. He did load tile boxes onto a trolley and put them in my car, but he dropped one box and damaged half a dozen tiles!

I ordered the Dyroy Aubergine metro brick tiles, they are beautiful with a lovely shade variation. Customer service has been exceptional thank you Luke Uren, Gaynor McDonald, Stuart and the team at the Bristol branch. Highly recommended!

Fab service

Ben helped me with a tile order at the Bristol branch. He was brilliant, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, offering me sound advice and listening to all my queries with patience and understanding. I will definitely be returning.

What service should be
I use these guys on a regular basis Ash Stuart and Ben provide a knowledgeable service and there doesn’t seem to be anything they don’t know regarding tiling!!
Wouldn’t use any one else
