Great service, great knowledge
Went to CTD and spoke with Alex. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, gave us insights into what would be good and bad, what would work and what wouldn't. We didn't even bother going to the other two places we had short listed. CTD had the tiles, had the expertise and had the price! Wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Great service.

Not happy
After ordering online on 4th May (order 265862) I phoned on 8th and was told the tiles would arrive the next day. The same happened when I phoned on 9th. When I phoned on 10th I was told that the tiles would arrive on 15th. This situation is intolerable. I am trying to juggle tilers and plumbers, not an easy thing to do.
Update. I phoned on 14 May and they said they would arrive on 16th. Not holding my breath!

Cullum in the Chelmsford store was very helpful try to match the grout to the tile I had purchased.
He was also king enough to load the items I had ordered in to the car for me.

First rate service-Highly recommend.
We have been using CTD Tiles Chelmsford for years now and as a Tiling Contractor its imperative that our orders are correct and processed efficiently which they have always achieved, the level of service we receive is excellent but must mention in particular Neale and Alex. We also send private customers into the shop to select tiles and get idea's, every customer we have sent in are always pleased with the level of service which reflects on us in a good way.
