Big shout out to CTD Tiles Chichester
Big shout out to CTD Tiles Chichester, with special mention to store manager Karen.
I needed guidance on my Kitchen project and her wealth of knowledge really shone through. Helping me narrow down my options was a huge help as I can be easily overwhelmed.
Very pleased with my choice and the price was even better than I thought it would be. Karen was very patient and kind and professional. Highly recommend.

I had to collect some tiles but my boss…
I had to collect some tiles but my boss didn't tell me it was a pallet load and I had called at some other suppliers before getting to Ctd. The lady on the desk is always lovely and the gent on the forklift helped me re-arrange my van so I could get the tiles in. Brilliant and so helpful.

Good old fashioned proper customer service!
We did the usual local rounds looking at tiles and went straight back to CTD.
Excellent choice, top quality knowledgeable and helpful staff.
We ordered 2 samples, made our choice and ordered.
Due to a delay with our shower room they kindly kept the tiles for us until we were ready. Even refunded the single tile which we had not chosen.
Also helped with choice of grouting to match.
That's why we'll be going back to CTD when we do the bathroom!

We went all around looking at tiles. We actually went full circle, and ended back at CTD because of the better range of tiles that suited our needs. We had brilliant service from staff, very helpful and friendly. Thanks everyone. 👌

Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to help and accommodate our tiling requirements. Annette and Brian in particular were very helpful.
We have used CTD for our kitchen and utility (wall and floor tiles) and it all looks amazing. We will definitely be back when it comes to upgrading our bathroom.

Excellent Service!
Everyone in the store was extremely helpful. They kindly lent us a grout matching kit so we could make sure we had the correct grout colour. With additional tiling work to be done in the future, it will definitely be CTD Tiles that will utilise for all our needs.
