Outstanding service - thank you!
Good range of quality tiles, and very knowledgable and patient staff. Our first selection of tiles were deemed unsuitable due to a pattern mismatch, but Will was incredibly understanding, and helpful in seeking a rapid solution. We were able to place a new order for different tiles that came in the next day to store. Will kept us well informed and ensured a worry-free exchange. We are incredibly grateful and will stay loyal to CTD in the future.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Had to order extra tiles because of a change in plans and they were available 24 hrs later.

Will & Neil- Exeters Finest!
After my local CTD branch in Taunton shut over a year ago now, my nearest CTD branch was Exeter- after paying them a visit and relaying my needs for the supplier of various materials on a frequent basis- both Will & Neil were extremely helpful and reassuring. They continue to go above & beyond to make sure I always get my materials when needed without fail. They always answer the shop phone no matter what time. Every customer I send in to the branch always sings their praises for being so knowledgeable about tile selection & samples, always helpful & polite. For these reasons, I will always continue to use & recommend this branch- even if it is 25 miles away!

Friendly ,enthusiastic staff and knowledgeable in their field of work ,gave good positive advice and certainly went the extra mile when needing their help ,for example we were 2 tiles short and they provided them ,they realised we were good customers as this has been second bathroom completed with CTD tiles , tiles are of high quality and looks amazing .many thanks

Fantastic service once again from CTD Exeter. All the staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming without being pushy or over zealous on the sales pitch. We've bought several sets of tiles from CTD Exeter and have always had superb service - samples and orders being obtained quickly and phone messages made as stated when they arrive. Many of the wall and floor tiles are of different, and more interesting designs than other, often much larger tile shops, and the lack of a sales pitch is very welcome. All staff at Exeter have been extremely helpful but Taps stands out as being superb over the last experience. Many thanks to all.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - Taps & Will are absolute stars. Not knowing what I needed they were very helpful even to the point of phoning their suppliers to get exact advice.
Would recommend to anyone needing any tiling materials.
After having a difficult day at work they restored my faith in humanity 😎😎

Just more outstanding customer service
This follows on from the review I've posted for CTD Chichester
By 9.00 a.m. on 16th Dec. 2021, my wife and I were en route driving back from Chichester to Devon and a call came through from CTD Exeter confirming our tiles (only ordered via CTD Chichester the previous day) had arrived.
When we arrived in Exeter at lunchtime, it was as if we'd just walked away from one great customer service experience, into another - without a gap.
Our tiles were swiftly located, we paid, and the box was carried to our car.
Again, forgive me for not noting the names of the two staff on site when we called, the gentleman who took the call from CTD Chichester on the 15th was Neil and it was Dave who rang us at 9.00 a.m. on the 16th, who were ALL exceptional.
Once again, and as with the CTD Chichester team, my wife and I were blown away by the fantastic customer service from the CTD Exeter team.

Helpful staff and good follow up service
Popped into CDT Exeter on a Saturday to try and get some tiles for a bathroom project. My wife was due to give birth and so we had some time pressures trying to get the project finished. Spoke to Will and Neil and both were very helpful, assisting us with finding a suitable option. We placed an order and collected the following Tues morning, allowing the tiler to crack on. Unfortunately some of the tiles had arrived damaged, but a quick call to cdt and more were on order without charge. Ultimately, it transpired that we had ordered more than we needed and so i was able to return the damaged boxes for a refund, absolutely no quibbles. It was the same 2 staff that had served us originally and they even carried them in from the car for me. Top service and I will definitely use them again for future projects. Thanks guys.
