Fantastic tile shop
CTD tiles in Fakenham have been a pleasure to work with. Great selection of tiles, and really helpful staff. The tiles were delivered quickly and without any damaged ones, quite surprising considering their size of 1.2m squared. I must just give a quick mention to Sam who organised an additional 2.3m sized tile for our project. Again, prompt delivery meant no hold ups for installation. Fantastic service! Thank you.

Very good service
Very good service and the 2 men at the depot in Fakenham were very helpful and did everything they said they would. Only thing which was very annoying, I ordered some tiles on line to go to Fakenham and when I picked them up they were the wrong ones to what I’d ordered. Like I said, the men at Fakenham were great and sorted it, but annoying as my bathroom was being started the next day.

Excellent service @ cdt tiles
Visiting this tile centre was a pleasure. The lady namely Sam was lovely. She walked round with us and helped with showing me exactly where all the tiles were that I was looking for. She spent time to tell us all our options and how to get samples etc. we shared conversations, and even got a coffee there, even though we didn’t actually purchase anything that day, but will do as soon as it is passed by my insurers to go ahead. There is an excellent variety of tiles to choose from, and so far the best tile centre we have been to. The tiles are very tasteful and don’t look cheap. All in all our experience there I would rate more than 5 stars.
Bonus too, there was a loo in the store😃.

A Nice COOL Showroom ..all products are well laid out so you can view whats available....A nice coffee machine is a nice touch too .....it all adds up to a good feeling about your purchases..Exceedingly helpful and very friendly staff .....nothing is too much trouble ....they help with choosing the right product and their knowledge of the products they sell is excellent ,second to none ....
