The CTD team at Falkirk (Adam & Margaret make this the place to go for all my tiling needs. Over the past few weeks I’ve been into the shop numerous times only to receive a friendly and supportive welcome on each and every occasion to provide me with all the parts I require for a refurbishment. They not only took the time out to demo me and provide advice on tile cutting but also continued to help beyond the shop closing time. After all these recent interactions they will continue to get my business.

A bunch of cowboys
I recently tried to exchange an unopened bag of tile grout for a different shade. I was refused as I had stored the bag in my garage and not at an optimum temperature of 16 degrees. I was not told this at the time of sale and there was no such instruction for storage on the product. I guess they should just have a no return policy. When I lodged a complaint with CTD this was totally ignored. What a bunch of cowboys. Would not recommend. Go to a proffesional company.
