Last order placed 4 days ago, has not even been processed, and will not be available for another 6 days. Could have had products delivered from many companies within 2 days. Job not able to be completed in a reasonable time scale, due to waiting for products. Disappointing service. Only good point at the moment was the price of products, but at what cost to delay.

Bathroom Tiles
I am currently getting a bathroom renovated and needed to source my tiles quickly. I visited the CTD showroom in Hanwell where the staff have been very helpful, finding out where my chosen tiles were available locally so I was able to go there to collect myself. I then ordered floor tiles from Hanwell which I was able to collect within two days.
There are a wide variety of lovely tiles to choose from and I have found pricing to be very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending CTD tiles for both value and friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for such a great experience!

Delivered on time, lovely tiles!
Didn’t give 5 stars as tiny mix up on phone at store about whether builder had collected my order or not, but everything else very smooth-got samples In post easily.

I’ve recently visited your branch in Hanwell. I was looking for outdoor tiles and lady called Olivia working in the store was very helpful. She showed me all of the ranges suitable for outdoor and she matched the colour with the project of my garden. I couldn’t recommend Olivia’s help enough. After few days a gentleman called and said the tiles are ready for collection so we came to pick them up and the process went smoothly.

Great selection of tiles and excellent customer service
A great range of floor and wall tiles. I bought the Dyroy white tile and I love the variation in the tile. My order was dispatched quickly. The reason for taking off 2 stars is that the delivery driver showed limited care that he was delivering a breakable item. After bashing the trolley over the footpath and then shaking off the tile boxes, one of the boxes split open resulting in a number of breakages.
UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM CTD
CTD swiftly responded to the concern I originally posted above. I was very impressed by the resolution of the matter and would not hesitate to use them again. It is clear that they care about their customers. I have changed my original 3 stars to 5 to reflect this.
