Great experience, friendly, helpful customer service with a great knowledge of their products.
We needed flooring floor out kitchen that has underfloor heating and was given great advise and help.
Cannot recommend enough, great selection to cover all price ranges and super selection inn store.

We recently visited the Inverness store on Stadium Road, and were immediately impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the gentlemen that were working on the shop floor. Whilst being on hand to answer any queries we had, they were in no way overbearing, (such as we had experienced in other stores), thus allowing us the adequate time and space to make our choices. We would highly recommend this store, and we will definitely be back in the future.

I have visited CTD in Inverness on two occasions recently. On both occasions, and by two different colleagues, I was given excellent advice and assistance. On choosing tiles the guidance was to-the-point and impartial. With tools and consumables I felt that I was helped to choose items that would help me as an amateur, to achieve a professional finish without excessive costs. For a company that is obviously inclined more towards trade sales, this helpful, customer orientated approach is extremely commendable.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in the showroom. Easy online ordering and collection from store. Floor tiles recommended are perfect! Would definitely shop here again.

As ever the local store are friendly and efficient. The only reason for a 4 star review is that this order was originally placed through their online store who refused the order because of our postcode - it was fortunate that we had previously ordered tiles through the Inverness branch otherwise we might have decided to go elsewhere.

Truly excellent service from Will. We needed an emergency delivery and he arranged it on the day. Amazing!

With help and advice from Martin I chose beautiful floor tiles in October 2021 and the shop promptly arranged for the 17 sq. metres that I needed to be brought from Glasgow to be fitted in the coming weeks. However the job was delayed considerably until July 2022.

It is quite amazing to find a company that would be so supportive of its customers by agreeing to store such a large and expensive product for all the time it took to get the job done in mid July of this year.

In addition when I called or visited the shop to explain the delays Martin would reassure me that he would keep the tiles until needed.

In early July I finally paid for the tiles and Martin arranged at very short a free delivery of 15 packs of very large tiles.

As the tiles were being fitted we realised we were short of two packs and Martin amazingly arranged for these to come from Glasgow to Inverness in just two days!

I think this service was exceptional from start to finish.

As a home owner for more than 46 years I cannot recall a service as perfect as this was. Martin was always helpful, cheerful and reassuring throughout the whole transaction.

The Inverness branch keeps a good stock of both materials and tiling tools. Excellent service and knowledge by staff. The prices are competitive too!!

Great customer service. We were after 3 shower wall panels and accessories. It was all delivered to the store on time. Would definitely recommend to others.

Second and last time we will buy from here. Staff member extremely rude and unhelpful. Products were fine, just poor service.

On line order, great communication and held product until I could pick it up.

Sadly boxes arrived in poor condition. My tile edgers were all completely bent in the middle. The box looked as if it had been stood on. However, very flimsy box for length of trim. This may not be Inverness’ fault as I ordered online and they were delivered to Inverness.
I had to telephone to the headquarters a couple of times and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of my queries were after I qualified for free delivery it said they did not deliver to KW postcodes........ Was quickly resolved.

2 sample tiles promptly arrived. Will be ordering from the company now.
