No items, no refund! No good.
My items were due to arrive for me to collect on 30th May (thurs). Having had no text to say the items were ready I called on 31st. I was told my order had not been placed and had not arrived. The money was taken from me though unsurprisingly. I needed the mortar and slurry for a job on the Saturday so this was a disaster.
I was told by Jordan I would get a refund and it’s been a full week Friday to Friday and I still do not have my refund. Jordan was helpful but it sounded like the fault lay with the sales team. Also I got no email (from the sales team) as I was told I would detailing the refund.
I’m planning to call AGAIN on Monday to ask for the refund for the items I did not receive. Not good enough! Order 266852 for reference.
I’d love a response explaining what’s happened please. Thanks

Not a great service
Tiles seem good quality, however I ordered for collection on a certain date and when I arrived was told they weren't there. They we're apparently still on a truck coming down from Newcastle and would be there later that day.
I was told they'd call me when they arrive later thay day. Over a week later I'd still had no call so I emailed to be told they'd been delivered the night before I sent the email, coincidence?
Not overly impressed with click and collect or customer service, but the tiles seem decent enough.

Brilliant company
I ordered the tiles on Friday and I was told that they would be there on Tuesday. When I popped down to pick them up they were there the gentleman put them straight into my car and job done.

The CTD team are always the best!
The CTD team are my go to for tiles. Every time I've been, they've provided me with amazing service and advice. They are always friendly and polite and the showroom is full of a great selection of tiles in a variety of shapes, colour and sizes. They also sell all of the tools and materials you'd need while tiling. I can fully recommend the CTD team to anyone who needs to tile! I'll send my family and friends their way when anyone needs to tile.

We were very impressed with the selection of tiles and level of service Daniel & Sophie provided at CTD. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We have already recommended CTD to our friends who are also renovating their houses
