Don’t know how to process a refund
Ordered 44m2 tiles in Livingston store on a Wednesday assured next day delivery and definitely there on Friday into store to collect by the tiler . No show on the tiles Saturday morning . Called and No one knows why? Sales person on annual leave and has had an email from supplier saying tiles discontinued and can’t be picked up by other staff. Now for a refund on a call can’t be done , I’d have to come into store with the card. Attended at the store with card the staff said it’s too big a refund and they’d need special authorisation from “Sebastian”- I leave. I get a call hour later can to come back to store she knows how to do it on the card machine now as it cannot be done remotely after all. Customer service quite frankly awful. The staff are obviously untrained on how to use and refund via a card machine. Plenty online suppliers I’d use now and I recommend you do too.
