Excellent! Customer service second to none and had just what I needed. Keep up the good work!

I initially called into the showroom where I was offered advice helpful ideas, advice and given samples. I then ordered online, which was an easy process and then called in a few days later to collect. The tiles were bought to my car and loaded. Great service.

Discussing experience, made order with cash deposit company cancelled my order after 6 weeks without telling me, then for me to keep paying the tiles off to only end up wanting a refund they say I have only paid half the amount i actually have (cash) there system on records 3months but they say I got 250sqm for 5600 including adhesive and grout (laughable) I actually paid nearly 10 thousand but half my account the pages are blank and empty something odd is going on and I’m being treated like I’m mentally insane adamant I have not paid what I have they ammended the account to total 5600 after who ever it was cancelled the order kept the initial deposit then put same orders through at half the price (only way possible) I don’t have access to do this but someone has now I’m being ignored passed from pillar to post this isn’t how I expected business with a multi million pound company but hey just be careful still being told to seize requesting a refund and information with what’s going on cause they passed it to someone else totally disgusting behaviour

I have been buying tiles from CTD for over the last few months for my new extension (having spent over £3,000 at CTD)

It has been very convenient to pop into my local CTD branch (Manchester) which is less than half a mile away.

Today, I popped into the branch to buy the remaining tiles, so my tiler can finish the job, however...

I needed 6 boxes of tiles, only to be told - We no longer keep stock in this branch, we'll have to order it for next week.

That's no good when I have a tiler at my house tiling.

The whole point of a local warehouse is being able to get items ad-hoc.

Your recent stocking change has cost me another days tiling fee and 7 days delay in my build being finished.

The only upside is that your staff were great and very apologetic.

Really helpful with samples and advice when choosing tiles and also again in making sure I had the correct batch number when I needed to order more. Arrived very well packaged using delivery company, better than from another major supplier where I had several broken tiles.

Terrible customer service and aftersales. We bought a large quantity of tiles for our new kitchen extension, which immediately after laying picked up dirt and mopping wouldnt remove it. CTD gave us some Lithofin product to clean the tiles blaming the tiler for using too much polymer. We did this 4 times and even the Lithofin rep came and cleaned an area but the tiles still absorbed dirt. They are now saying its our fault for not cleaning them properly - we brush and mop everyday!! The tiles are clearly not fit for purpose and we were mis sold them, and rather than take responsibilty CTD blame firstly the tiler and then us. I work in a similar industry to CTD and if we treated our customers this way I would be ashamed

We visited CTD at Denton and the service we received was excellent. From choosing the tiles to delivery we couldn’t fault them at all and the price was so competitive. From the floor and wall tiles to returning two packs of tiles which were not needed the customer service was second to none they were superb. Do not hesitate in visiting the Denton branch I wish we had been told of CTD earlier.

What exceptional customer service from the staff at Denton. I went to see if I could get a matching tile, which I wasn’t sure about as the original tiles are quite old. Carl and Nathan were very helpful and we found a tile that was an incredibly close match. It wasn’t the right size but could be cut to fit. I asked for some advice about cutting and the best tools to use. I decided to take just two single tiles in case I messed up cutting one. I was amazed when they said if I measured up the tiles and brought them back they would cut them for me instead of buying tools to cut just two tiles. It then got even better when they didn’t charge me for the tiles. This was really going above and beyond and has saved me an awful lot of hassle for the sake of replacing one tile. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and it absolutely made my day. I will definitely use them again if I need new tiles and will certainly recommend them. What a great team 🙂

We visited the Denton showroom at the end of August to look for some kitchen floor tiles. Excellent choice, really good prices and brilliant customer service. We were helped by Nathan, who was extremely helpful with his advice and even letting us take a sample home to help us decide. Thankyou Nathan and the rest of the CTD team ! Myself and my husband Visited your Denton store today to purchase tiles for my bathroom and was helped by Nathan Cotto. I dont often write reveiws, but the service we received today by Nathan deserves recognition! Nathan was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and left the store happy. The gent who brought our goods to us at the collection point amd helped pack the van ( Sorry did not manage to get his name) was also super friendly. This was my first visit to CTD tiles an because of the service I received by Nathan, it will certainly not be the last. Please pass on my thanks :-)

Excellent, friendly and professional customer service from everyone I dealt with - especially Keeley Wilson. Keeley went above and beyond to help me. She went out of her way to ensure I got the best price for my items. This made my job easier, cheaper and much less stressful. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely return for future projects.

I needed some extra tiles to complete my job. I had ordered the original tiles months before so CTD was showing no more stock available. I spoke to someone in web sales who couldn’t have been more helpful! She tracked down the extra tiles that I needed and helped me place my online order!

I have visited the Denton (Manchester) branch quite a few times recently and have had the most FANTASTIC customer service. Nathan has helped me each time I have been there - he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have been able to take away samples to check that the tiles I am choosing is the best one, and each time I have made a purchase it has been such an easy and pleasant transaction. No fuss, no problem whatsoever. Nathan is a huge asset to your company and I would highly recommend the tiles from CTD - all round excellent customer experience, thank you!

Realised that I needed more tiles than ordered and of a tile that was in short supply/ out of stock. Gaynor went out of her way to track down the relevant tiles and get two boxes to me over the Easter weekend.

Tiles arrived promptly and the delivery guy was very helpful securing the tiles with us. It was a few days before the builders were ready to use the tiles but when they did they repeatedly commented on the quality of the tiles and how great they were to work with. We are delighted with the look of the bathroom and the tiles we chose!

Really pleased with the tiles and service received.
Got the samples (forgotten I'd ordered one of them) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality.
Had to shop online due to time restraints, but chose the tile that I didn't realise I'd ordered and can't wait for them to be put on the walls now.
