Great showroom great staff
I was supported by Martyn to purchase our kitchen floor tiles. Nothing was a problem, Martyn gone extra mile to get me some tiles to Nottingham showroom so i can see and compare in person. We went ahead and placed our order now. Also, it’s not a first order in this showroom. The service is always great so we end up coming back for next projects. We would highly recommend!!

Popped in today to confirm/pay for my tile order for my refurbished ensuite. The staff at CDT are so helpful - Garry discussed matching up grout and gave sound advice about grout for my other/ existing shower room.
When I got home I changed my mind about collecting the tiles and Martyn sorted out home delivery. They couldn’t be more helpful.

Great in an emergency

Can’t fault CDT in Lenton Nottingham.
My hubby and I are novices when it comes to anything diy/tradesmen.
Having visited quite a few of other tile stores I can honestly say these were the best!!!
No charge for samples, outstanding customer service, everyone I spoke to was friendly and happy to discuss things I wasn’t sure about. Made me feel really comfortable.
So pleased we bought the tiles from them for our newly fitted kitchen.
Would recommend them to anyone.

Visited CTD Lenton Nottingham on the recommendation of a good friend whom had used this company to supply tiles for his conservatory. Knowing little to nothing about tiling products i attended the store where I was served by Scott. His product knowledge was brilliant explaining everything in detail and answering every question I had (and there were a few!) There was no pressure sales just great advice and service which resulted in me finding the right product at the right price. I don't usually leave reviews but in this case i believe the store a Scott deserve some plaudits. Well done a credit to your employer.

Great tiles, good prices, helpful staff
Visited the store to look for tiles for our new shower room, didn't really know what we were after but after a quick chat with a very helpful member of staff we picked out the ones we wanted. Ordered online a couple of weeks later and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition, delivery driver was really great too. Very impressed all round.

Absolutely top service from Scott today who personally delivered the tiles to my door whilst I was at work as I wasn’t going to make it to the showroom to collect on time. A big thank you Scott! And also to your colleague Melissa who organised it. Customer service like this is incredible.

Had to wait a little for them to get my order to the store, but I was informed of what progress was being made at all stages, and I was contacted when the tiles had arrived and also contacted by the costumer service centre. Overall a well organised operation from all members of staff.
