Full Bathroom refit
I’m doing a complete refit of my bathroom and came across this company as my wife like some of their tiles. I’m glad I did because the customer service an overall experience is way better and way more personal that a huge DIY chain store and the products are better too. I’ve only been to the Royston store but they are simply excellent and friendly in there and can’t do enough to help me. Top marks from me for sure!

Super helpful friendly branch of CTD
I ordered my bathroom tiles from the Royston branch in January. The staff in the branch were so helpful, from giving advice on tiles, ordering and fixing my delivery mistake. This is a great local branch, with plenty of choice and really easy to access. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly for your project!

Have been using the CTD Royston branch for over 6 years and have always had excellent service.
If there have been issues, they staff go above and beyond to make sure they rectify the problem to make sure it does not affect my business.

Very poor service
Very poor service! Having chosen the tiles we liked a month ago now, we were told there are over 3000 in stock so no need to rush. My husband went in store and ordered the tiles on 8th April and was told there is now a slight issue with them but the latest they will be in would be Monday 18th April, my husband reminded the person serving him that this was a bank holiday and he said they will still be in, we are open but reduced hours. He also reinforced this was ‘worst case scenario’ and they should be in before. My husband tried to call 6 times yesterday with no answer. Called first thing this morning (as our tiler is coming tomorrow) and was told 1. They were not open yesterday and 2. It turns out the guy never put the order through the system! So we are now over £300 down (happy to take our money on the day) with no tiles and our tiler arriving tomorrow. We have been told they will now be ordered today and we will have to wait a week! Terrible service, very unsatisfied customer!

Amazing from the off
Amazing company and helpful staff from min stepped foot into the store….. didn’t have what I wanted but ordered in within couple of days and cheaper than I expected as well. Very customer focused from all the staff and was helped with loading tiles into car as well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Cuban White Star Tile - 223x223mm
We ordered the Cuban White Star Tile and couldn't be more happy with the result! Used them for the floor with plain white matt ones on the wall. I searched for ages for the right b&w combo and this was definitely the right choice.
Fast delivery to my local CTD in Royston. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! I’ll be back again soon.
