Very Helpful And Great Customer Service
Had been to CTD to get estimates on tiles for my families porch and was very happy with the results they were able to recommend the tiles due to my preference and were very happy to help out I want to say a big thank you to Craig and Alexander for their help they were both very polite and very helpful during my visit

Wonderful tiles, staff, everything!!
Popped in to look for tiles for my new craft studio and had an amazing experience! The showroom is well laid out with plenty of displays and example boards. I was helped by Lyka who was extremely knowledgable with the latest 'IN' colours and trends, I just need to choose which ones I want as there were so many!!
Thanks CTD Slough for making this shopping trip even easier, took the fear out of tile shopping!

Excellent team and showroom!
Visited the store as looking to redo our downstairs bathroom. Previously bought tiles from here for upstairs bathroom and was an excellent experience. Had help from Craig and Sandra with ideas and advice with colours, textures etc.
Highly recommend the whole team, 5 star service throughout

The store is very clean and the staff are really helpful. The manager seems very knowledgeable on the products and was happy to talk me through what I needed and spend time with discussing this with me, including things that I was not aware of what I needed.
Overall I was very happy and would definitely shop there again.

I visited CTD to help decide what tiles to use for bathroom overhaul
I visited CTD to help decide what tiles to use as part of my bathroom refit .
I was pleased with the displays of tiles available and found it easy with staffs input to decide on all wall and floor tiles.
I placed order at very competitive rates and all tiles were ready for collection in 2 days. ( they can deliver but I chose not to take that option).
Quality of chosen tiles ( Natural Bone) were fantastic and gave a superior finish. After completion I had 4 boxes over ordered by my miscalculation. Full refund provided no problem as in 28 day period.
Overall experience very good and cannot fault any part of the process.
