I believe CTD has gone into…
I believe CTD has gone into administration. I ordered tiles online to collect from the Southampton store , 2 weeks later I had still not had confirmation that I could collect so I phoned them and was told the item was no longer available . I googled the company and looks like they went bust 2 days after I had ordered online . We are trying to match a bathroom tile in a new build , but now looks like we are going to be out of luck. It really makes my blood boil when a company lets you order something online which says it’s in stock to then be told it’s not available .

Wow CTD Southampton
Wow, I’ve used CTD in the past in various areas but was blown away by the Southampton store today, it was immaculate, well stocked and amazing range of tiles. I was greeted by Matt who was rushed off his feet but still managed to see everyone in the shop with a happy face and wealth of knowledge, what an assist you have there! I will definitely be using the Southampton store from now on and will be recommending all of my friends and family to do the same.

CTD and their staff are superb!
Went into CTD to discuss options for kitchen tiles. Was greeted by the friendly Matt T who used to a professional timer himself and gave me great advice and recommendations on what to purchase. I rarely write reviews but if you’re after tiles CTD is well worth a visit. Great service and reasonable prices.

Matt was a breath of fresh air
Matt was a breath of fresh air. He knew which tile was the right one for our job and helped us decide on a tile. He was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Matt for all you help and professionalism.

My experience at CTD Southampton
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Matt T (Store manager) and can’t express how helpful he was from start to finish. I saw a tile that was unfortunately discontinued and Matt made it his priority to find me an alternative which he succeeded in. I’m over the moon with the whole process and can’t recommend Matt and the rest of his team enough!
