Excellent service from the St Albans Manager
So pleased with the tile (Dyroy Green) bought from CTD Tiles. The tile pattern & tones are gorgeous.
Customer service from the St Albans branch was excellent from start to finish. They helped me get the order through as it was showing as low stock online. They contacted me as soon as the tile was ready for collection. They then helped me return the box that never get used. 100% recommend.

I'm only leaving 1-star review because…
I'm only leaving 1-star review because it's not possible to review with fewer stars. I went to CTD Tiles St Albans last week - I could not believe how unhelpful the staff were - two people sitting there behind a desk could not be bothered to do anything but wave vaguely in the direction of the tiles, far less get up and help me find what I wanted. I was not pestering them and I was the only customer in the shop, but they still could not be bothered - they made me feel like I was bothering them - I'm not surprised they had no other customers. I hardly ever write a negative review, but the owner needs to know what doesn't go on in his shop - customer service of any description. I won't bother going back.
