Great staff. Jamie & Teo …. 2 of the nicest men!! Very helpful & very patient 😁!! Truly go above and beyond. Ensuite completed July 2024. Floor & wall tiles purchased. Customer satisfaction 100%!!! Have been to other Tile showrooms but put off by pushy staff this is not something that happens at CTD. Currently looking for tiles to renovate main bathroom. Great all round service & fair prices for nice quality tiles.

Easy to deal with tile merchants
I spent half a day trying to source a tile. Phoned CTD where Jamie checked and told me it was in stock. With some trepidation i set out from Luton to Watford by train and bike but was delighted to get the tiles I needed. Really easy to deal with…..Recommended

One of best visit we had with CTD Tiles…
One of best visit we had with CTD Tiles in Watford we were met by Teotonio Goncalves - Branch Manager & Jamie Glen – Assistant Branch Manager. We were guided very well as we were undergoing a major Bathroom & Kitchen renovations and were looking for Wall & Floor Tiles. Once we had chosen the Tiles again we were guided to matching Grout Colours, Silicone and different types of Adhesives required for our Project.
Our experience and subsequent visits had a very warm welcome, we bought all our Floor & Wall Tiles.
Our Project is now complete and are very happy that we choose CTD Tiles based in Watford.
Best place to shop for Tiles as their are competitively and priced.
Happy to recommend to Friends and Family

Excellent service from Watford CTD.Must have visited at least 5 times to take different samples of tiles.It was no problem and if they did not have them in they were in within a few days. Placed order with Theo and was given great advice on the colour of grouting to go for.
