Bought a portable power station Feb 2022 , hardly used but kept it charged as per instructions . Won't charge at all now . Emailed seller , and yes it's 2 years old but for over £ 200 quid I don't think it is,really value for money Had no reply from them . Hey ho that's life in modern Britain today .
If you have a mild hybrid do not buy their CTECH MXS product as it does not work with many mild hybrids. The company know this but fail to state it on their product description. When complaining I was informed it’s up to purchaser to determine if suitable. They don’t care and appear disinterested in doing anything about it. I even contacted head office in Sweden and was promised someone would contact me, I’m still waiting several weeks later. Very angry as I thought unit was telling me the battery was dead so spent over £200 replacing a perfectly good battery after connecting it to new battery I got same result. So basically they are miss selling this product, BEWARE !!!!
this is the best company to deal with as they deliver so quick and let you know when they are coming and what hour it will be i am known to be so tidy and clean in my house even though i have two dogs and i am so happy with my gtech cordless hoovers they work for me as i do not know anybody who is as fussy as i am in my home everybody i have introduced to gtech are happy with their products and their service as any problems at all they are there to help you as soon as you get in touch with them .
