Totally pathetic service. They don’t provide customized items for sofas, beds, or other furniture. Instead, they send random pieces, and when you contact them, they neither guide you properly nor listen to your feedback.

Before the sale, they are very helpful and responsive. However, if you face any issues after the purchase, they don’t even bother to listen. They won’t answer a single call.

Our order was worth PKR 11,000, and it was a complete waste of money. Not recommended at all.

Total fraud. My wife purchased 2 sets, cash on delivery, Pkr. 19000. After opening the parcel, we found the quality of the fabric was very very poor. We informed them,on whatsapp, and returned the parcel within 2 days on their specified address. First they denied receipt of parcel, then, after 10 days, and on confirmation of delivery by courier, they became silent. Never replied to our calls or messages again.

Pathetic quality. I ordered a fluffy bathrobe for my child, but received a dull, used, worn-out towel robe instead. The quality is extremely poor, and the size is also incorrect. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The sofa cover is shorter as shown in the website and videos. Moreover the team is forcing and convincing me to use this. They have mentioned the return policy but they are not wiling to this very unsatisfying team behaviour. Not recommend to buy from them.

I Bought a Waterproof Mattress Cover from Ctexs.

They sent wrong colour now they are not changing ,bad quality .we loos 4500 will never shop again not recomended.

Worst experience. Brought sofa covers. They didn't fit the sofas. I asked to change them or refund (as the option is already given on the site) but they didn't bothered. Phone hi receive nhi kr rhe na msg ka rply dete hain. Kehte sahi hain sofa covers. Mere 5000 barbaad.

Review about chair covers: We received 8 covers in 4000, These covers cannot tuck in or fully cover the chair seat part & the fabric is also average quality. I don't know whether I am happy or sad after buying the covers. ( posted for next buyers ) I hope they won't remove my comment.
