We terminated our current service provider and switch to Control Print Solutions Ltd. I am happy with their service as they helped to complete the termination process smoothly with the current service provider. We are new customer to Control Print Solutions Ltd. I got prompt reply when I send an email them and happy with their customer service.

From the minute that I found Control Print's website when I was looking for somewhere to move our printer business to, I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone I've had contact with has been professional, friendly and helpful. They made the move from our previous provider as painless as possible in stark contrast to the previous provider who couldn't have been more unhelpful!

5*, We have been using CTRL + Print Solutions for 2.5 years now and all have been great. They always react to any issues and toner generally always arrives on time. :)

Read all of the small print as there are costs that are not made clear initially. Check the length of the contract also especially if you upgrade or change your product at anytime. There is no doubt that Control Print are very helpful but unfortunately I was disappointed by what I believe were hidden charges i.e. they were not shown in the total expenditure that was used to gain a sale. It feels like we've been tied into a very expensive contract with them forever!
