Very poor service - Waste of time and money.

Despite having paid 2117.50€, there has been zero progress with my case, non-existent proactive support, and minimal legal advice.

I have had to continuously chase for updates as you are left completely in the dark. Responses to any emails raised by me were equally slow in reply as apparently emails are only checked once per day.

During my time instructing this lawyer it became clear to me that despite paying for a service, almost everything seemed too much trouble, and you were expected to keep quiet and sit and wait.

When I raised my concerns about the poor levels of service, the response was for the lawyer to unilaterally stop acting midway through my case. The reason cited was that I was asking “too many questions”.

Unless I am mistaken, when you appoint a lawyer for legal assistance, asking questions and requesting advice are components of the service you are paying for.

Despite not having received the service I paid for, or completed the work, I am now being denied a refund.

In summary, the service I have received has been truly awful and a waste of time and money. Please do not make the same mistake.
