Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered bike with accessories. It arrived way later then advertised. Bike came faulty, air leaking from the front wheel. Tried to pump it but air coming through the tire. FYI I didnt even test drive it yet! I tried to call the number from their website multiple times. No answer. I tried to email them to the email address which is advertised on their website. Every time I got automatic reply, message not delivered!!! Horrible experience! Can’t even contact them about return or replacing the front wheel.

Cube.NL , avoid.

Ordered a Cube stem riser from them without realising they were based in Holland. I was advised by Cube it would fit my bike however it did not. I then had to pay to return the item to Dobbies garden centre in Gloucester via tracked UPS as they act as an intermediary. As of now, Cube at Dobbies cannot locate my parcel which was delivered over 2 weeks ago and CUBE.NL has not replied to any of my emails whatsoever over the past 3 weeks. Please avoid.
I find it odd they can find time to reply to Trustpilot but again, 4 weeks later, no reply to my emails, no refund. Trading standards next.

I ordered two cube bikes with pedal

I ordered two cube bikes with pedal.
They said 9 business days.
It’s the e 15th business days - no bikes.
I got one pedal set via post, but they said that they will mount any accessories to the bike prior the delivery.
Yet, no bikes!
Also- no phone customer service. And in email - they don’t respond.

Great bikes, fast deliveries

I love the mountain bike I purchased from Cube. Have been using it for over 6 months, and probably covered over 8,000 km by now. The delivery was very fast, took about two days.

Fantastic bike!

I have the Hybrid Comfort 500. It is a solid bike, with sturdy wheels and rides super silent. Happy with the value I got for my money.

I had surprisingly good experience with…

I had surprisingly good experience with cube stores nl. I bought cube touring hybrid pro 625 months ago. It's a great bike. But recently, during riding, the battery cover got lost. I bought a battery cover on their web-shop again but it does not fit the bike. Then I contacted their customer service via phone calls, they helped me to ship a correct cover from their Rotterdam physical shop with very quick speed. Then I installed the cover myself. Thank you for your help!

Terrible experience with CUBE STORE UK

I am not sure who's responsible here but I purchased an expensive e-bike from CUBE store uk and it was shipped from Netherlands and i was given tracking up until in arrived in the UK i had no idea it was going to a handler in Nottingham for them to build the bike and for it to be sent onto me in scotland, i haven't had any of my emails responded to, i had to call two shops in England for the last guy to forward my details onto this guy in the UK who received the bike last week and had no idea who the bike was for because you didn't pass on any information regarding the order or even my details. It is unprofessional and i have lost trust in CUBE for this, its a lot of money that i spent for my healthy and mental health that i can barely afford and you haven't given me any updates what so ever and caused me a lot of stress, i have lost trust all together and i hope my refund is issues asap this has caused me a lot of unwanted stress. I am posting this here as you're not picking up the reviews on CUBE STORE UK.

Fast delivery and friendly customer service

I received a nice cube bike with a fast delivery at home. The bike was already completely built. Only the plugs were missing. I contacted the customer service and 2 days later I received them with water bottles as a present.
Very trusted customer service.

Awful customer service from cube stores

Awful customer service. Friendly service in shop - ordered a bike that was in stock in Rotterdam (or so I was told....). Apparently it would take 3 weeks to arrive at shop and prepare. That should have raised my suspicions.... Anyway 3 weeks later I phone and am told - its in Rotterdam and will be ready for you in 4 weeks from now. Tried to understand their delivery process by which it take 4 weeks to move a bike from one part of town to another and the only response I get is - we expect it to be ready in 4 weeks. That was the same response I got three weeks ago when told it would be ready in 3 weeks.
I have no trust that they have any idea where their stocks are - when they will come and when it could be ready. And certainly no wish to inform or help customers. If I hadn't have called I would still not have been told anything.
Cant believe that there is any notion of customer service in this organisation.
