I just wanted to write a quick review to thank the team at Cubix Finchley for all their hard work. The change they have made in the building is astronomical. The building looks fresh and well presented, the lifts work (!) and the team are unbelievably helpful. Tash and Kirsty are always on hand to assist, even just for a friendly chat. They make a huge difference to the overall feel and customer experience. Thank you all very much!

Kirsty and Tash are a credit to Cubix
Our company has been located in Central House on two separate occasions, once under old Management and now under Cubix. I have nothing but praise for the Cubix team, namely Kirsty and Tash. They are friendly and welcoming and always on hand to assist with any queries that may arise. Nothing is ever too much and no matter how busy they are, they always make time for each of the clients, all requiring something different. The building is also in much better condition now, with various improvements undertaken and some still planned - for example the lifts have been replaced completely (which was an issue previously when they were breaking down every other month) and the whole of the ground floor refurbished, giving our clients a much better impression when they arrive. I'm aware there are further refurbishment plans in place, to include replacing all of the W/C facilities. I would highly recommend the offices and the team. Kirsty and Tash are a credit to them.

Positive experience
Have been working in this building since the 1st of March and have an incredibly positive experience. The staff both Steph and Tweety are absolutely lovely and always greet you with a smile. The office itself is a decent size and clean and it also has a great kitchen space.

Great Experience
Moved offices March 1st and can say it’s been great. Decent sized rooms, very clean and great kitchen space. Steph and Tweety are very welcoming members of staff.

By far the best serviced office experience
Everything about having an office with Cubix is excellent. From the office building team like Steph and Tweety who are both amazing, they take care of everyone like its family making my time at the office feel like second home. This is by far the best experience my business has had, having a place to grow which is supported by the owners of Cubix.

I started renting with CUBIX in June…
I started renting with CUBIX in June 2022. My experience has been nothing short of delightful! Cubix staff are warm and friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure tenants are happy. The office is run efficiently and like clockwork. CUBIX is a great place to work.

Moved into the offices in October, and I am very impressed!
Everything is clean and well maintained.
Supportive friendly and approachable office management team, who are always on hand to help.
24 hour access, plenty of parking, which includes EV charging stations.
Potential improvements: 1) An extended selection of furniture for each office area, other than a desk and a chair, 2) A permanent receptionist.
Would highly recommend!
