Order the winged Chesterfield bed and was a bit nervous ordering such a big purchase online. Well i can honestly say i am not disappointed. The quality is just amazing and the delivery was very quick with lovely delivery drivers who talked me through how to put together whilst on my doorstep. They were very correct it was so easy to assemble and just looks great

Our experience with Cuddly Beds was great however our delivery experience was not. The courier left our bed with a neighbour a few doors down without any signature meaning we had to carry the bed back to our house.

We let Cuddly Beds know at 6pm on a Saturday night through their chat, they then phoned and were very disappointed with the courier who left the beds. They gave a partial refund due to the delivery.

Cuddly Beds have been great, hence the 5 stars. hopefully they manage to sort out the issue with the courier going forward.

The bed does seem very good quality and exactly what we expected.

Love the bed I recently purchased from here. Excellent quality of bed and mattress is also very good and comfortable. Excellent customer service, responded quickly to my enquiry after purchase. The only slight issue I had was with the delivery, I was given a time of between 5 and 8 but it came at lunch time when I was at work which meant I had to leave work to take delivery but other than that everything was spot on. Happy customer and would recommend highly.

The bed was delivered with only one set of fittings. I emailed them the same day that it was delivered to which I got a very quick response to, confirming that the missing set of fittings would be sent out to be with me in 2-3 days. Setting the bed up ending up being a bit of a nightmare. Some of the feet wouldn't fit in the holes correctly, I found staples had been put in the way of some of the feet holes which I had to remove to enable me to get the feet in place. Trying to push in the clips to join the bases together was difficult, there were far too many staples put in the base lining. I had to remove some of them to get the clips pushed all the way in, even then I eventually had to cut a hole in the lining for the clips to sit correctly. On one of the bases there were small round stickers showing where the headboard was to be fitted...... When we finally found the correct position of the holes they were at least an inch away from where the stickers had stated they were. The screws for attaching the headboard looked used rather than new!. A positive thing that I can say is that the headboard is the only part that didn't have any problems. More quality control checking is needed before sending out.

Really quick response to questions online and sample swatches received the next day. The fact you can pause delivery until you’re ready is also a great advantage. Haven’t had the bed yet but if it’s half as good as the customer service then we will be very happy

Bed gorgeous. Paid extra for bed fitters to put the bed together but only 1 guy turned up apparently the other fitter was ill. My partner helped him as the job was too much for 1 person.. the poor guy felt sorry for him.

We are so pleased with our super-king wing back bed!! The delivery was brilliant as well as customer service informing me when the bed would be delivered. We are very impressed with the quality of the bed (we chose cream plush) and the installation of the bed was very simple. No issues at all and nothing negative to say! Highly recommend this company - excellent quality.

Divan bed arrived on Saturday evening. Started to put together and then realised one of the casters would not fit correctly in the lower end of the bed, this was due to the fitting it sits in being fitted poorly in the corner of the Divan itself. I eventually managed to resolve the issue myself after 15 mins of using various tools to try to manipulate the fitting. General quality of the bed is reasonable, but the lack of quality control before it was dispatched was evident from the fact that a simple check to fit each of the casters would have identified the issue.

My daughter ordered a small double bed and headboard recently from Cuddly Beds. Both items were delivered on time but unfortunately the headboard was the wrong size. The aftersales service was EXCELLENT with quick response and replacement provided within a few days. The quality and value for money is EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend this company.
