Very happy with my bed it’s super comfy and looks beautiful!!!

No problems with delivery!

The bed quality is pretty decent for the price, the headboard feels sturdy. Overall impressed with the Bed. Downside is delivery, I had no prior call as suggested on the site that it was going to be delivered, it was only until I emailed around 5pm luckily on the day before, asking roughly when am I expecting delivery did they message to say it was going to be next day, otherwise I don’t think I would of been told. I was also given a time slot of between 8am and 1pm but the driver did not arrive till about 2:45pm. He also showed up with someone who clearly couldn’t help unload the lorry and I ended up carrying stuff from the lorry to my communal door.

Great experience with cuddly beds from start to finish, guy’s were so patient when a changed colour and material.

Great value, although very minor damage in transit, which is completely out of view when the headboard is installed - not worth returning and probably the fault of the courier.

I never leave reviews but please stay clear of this company. Their beds are cardboard and their customer service is non existent. I can’t understand how they are still in business.

Was a little apprehensive about purchasing online without seeing the bed in person, But so glad I took a leap of faith and went ahead and ordered the bed I wanted. It was delivered within the allotted time, very well packed, delivery guys were excellent and respectful of my home… Super Happy with my bed and can honestly say best nights sleep since it arrived. 💯 would recommend and value for money superb! 👌🏼

Never got told when delivery was coming and then the driving turned up at 10:45pm with the bed

If you want to be messed around by utter cowboys then go here. The worst customer service I have ever come across and the beds are rubbish and so badly made. Once they take your money they don't want to know you! Also claiming to be an Irish company but based in and ship everything from the UK. AVOID!

I had 0 communication from the company as to when I would expect my order to be delivered I had to chase them up! Was lied to on several occasions as to when my order would be delivered was given a day and then was also lied to about that and ended up being delivered 2 days later they claimed it was the couriers fault! Offered a partial refund which I accepted was told it would take 3-5 working days and then had to chase them about that too! And ended up getting a very dissappointing £20! Would not use this company again!

Excellent quality bed and mattress, arrived within 6 days and was easy to assemble. I am really happy with the quality and customer service.

Bed arrived quickly and is packaged well. Lovely colour and relatively easy to build up. Struggled joining the middle sections together.

Lovely headboard although it didn’t fit flush against the wall as slightly warped.
I thought the wall mounting fixings were expensive (£20) for what they are, light aluminum and a few screws, the raw plugs included were not long enough for the screws.

So my daughter is so happy with her bed,it’s a stunning bed and my 18yr old daughter and 15 year old son put it together. There wasn’t any instructions stuck anywhere in the packaging but it was super easy. There are a couple of half moon type brackets that we have no clue what they are really for .took a couple of weeks to come but that wasn’t an issue for us.Got a curtsy call 30 mins before delivery.My only genuine critique is that you cnt book your delivery slot, I literally got an email the night before but we had already made plans for something really important that couldn’t be rescheduled so I had to leave my key with my very elderly neighbour so that wasnt ideal.

Bought a bed through cuddly beds. Tried calling them with no response multiple times. When I did get through they could not find my order and that they would speak to their manager and get back to me. They did not get back to me. I tried calling again another 10 times before getting through after being on hold for 40 minutes. I ordered the bed first over a month ago and I have since emailed them 20 times to get the courier delivery date to which they have still not got a courier delivery date. Unsure if I will ever get this bed or if its a scam and I have been robbed. AVOID!

It's obvious why this is a top seller.
Along with the most genuine, fast response customer service I don't think you can go wrong with Cuddly Beds!
There was a small inconvenience with delivery, I had requested a delivery date owing to the decorating of the bedroom and not wanting to miss out on a great discount, however on the date I had requested the couriers van broke down so I had to wait an additional week.
As I said though, with the quality of the bed and brilliant service it really didn't matter.

Friendly, helpful and quick delivery. Also when ordering i did not pay for delivery to bedroom just to front door when the delivery driver saw I was on my own he offered to take bed upstairs if I need him to. Just a Great company. Jay was very friendly and kept me updated on the delivery
