One star too many a disgrace of a so called company 7 weeks and still waiting ordered bed head board and mattress only received divan bases still sitting in my hallway for the last couple of weeks communication is terrible stay well away fromthis shower of useless forget me nots

Order two beds for the kids a month ago and still waiting for it,the only thing that they said next week, next week,next week but nothing is being done.Very poor customer service
Only thing they are good at is reply to your message with lies and they are very sorry

After first bed delivery that went quite smooth I've requested replacement of mattress to a different one and thats when all problems originated...Delivery was postponed and nobody notified me about it. Level of communication was ZERO, very unproffesional. I had visitors at home and the driver called me at 7am to confirm his arrival at 8:30am. My guests were literally kicked out if bed to release the mattress and replace it with new one. Eventually I was happy to have this sorted untill I came back home three days later and realized that they delivery wrong size of the mattress!!! Very disapointed with the service and lack of response.

Bed is really beautiful and exactly like the picture. Easy enough to assemble but lacking instructions such as how to install the pistons and unlock them. Delivery was a bit messy and I had to follow-up numerous times before getting a date.

Good quality product but gas lift brackets do seem to take some strain when closing. Time will tell if they will last but very happy with quality of the product overall. Delivery date was postponed by a week so traceability of delivery not great but staff were engaging.

Bed was delivered within the time frame given (after some communication with the customer service team.)

Lovely bed, really easy to assemble, we had it done in 10 minutes. I will say as we are in Ireland it did take nearly 3 weeks from date of purchase to be delivered so factor this time frame in when purchasing - it does state on purchase it can take up to 15 business days. The team were very quick to respond when I queried my delivery date, it was delayed coming on the day however the driver did call to let us know he was running late and gave us a timeframe of when it would be delivered and he did come in that time frame. Well worth the wait!

I first ordered sample fabrics and selected our bed using this which was free and a good idea before ordering. Any questions i had were answered quickly. I ordered a bed and mattress at 25%off which was a great deal. It did take more than the 15 working days to arrive here but the company did keep me informed of the delay by email and it was comkng from the Uk to Ireland so take that into consideration. The delivery men text me before arrival so i knew when theyd arrive that day. The bed didnt have instructions with it but my husband knew how to assemble it so it wasnt rocket science. I have to say its a week here and it looks fantastic, im really delighted with how it turned out and it was a custom colour for such a great price. The underbed storage is amazing, all in all i would certainly use cuddlybeds.ie again

Bought a bed through cuddly beds. Tried calling them with no response multiple times. When I did get through they could not find my order and that they would speak to their manager and get back to me. They did not get back to me. I tried calling again another 10 times before getting through after being on hold for 40 minutes. I ordered the bed first over a month ago and I have since emailed them 20 times to get the courier delivery date to which they have still not got a courier delivery date. Unsure if I will ever get this bed or if its a scam and I have been robbed. AVOID!

Well, one thing I can surely say is this company and all the people working with them are Awesome! Why do I say this - I ordered a Super King Ottoman bed from their website and got the bed delivered in 10 working days time frame. Bed quality and the cloth material used is just perfect. There was some delay in the delivery due to their container getting delayed coming from UK to IRL which is understandable, the delivery team was able to share all the updates over the phone and delivered the bed at midnight since I was going away on a vacation the next day. Kudos to the delivery team!!

Next, upon assembling the bed, I found the gas struts were missing along with the bolts - reached out to their support and got a very positive response. They sent me 4 pistons and 8 bolts out of which 1 gas piston leaked and 3 bolts went missing during the delivery. Reached out to the Support again and without any hassles, they were able to sort out everything.

Well done to the entire Cuddly beds team for their outstanding support!

Good value and good quality products compared to the high street options.

Good quality bed, excellent savings and deals and waw very pleasantly surprised by how good the quality is based on what I thought was quite cheap. Will defo buy from again. The only issue I had was that the customer service seems a but clueless and you get no shipping email, just order confirmation and you hope it shows up in the right time frame (5-15 working days, no other hints)

After some research I came across Cuddly beds and decided to purchase the bed from them. I am very happy with the bed quality, price and customer service. Bed was delivered within 15 days, time was changed due to transport issues but I was kept informed the whole time. Thanks

Very good quality bed and excellent quality mattress.
Supportive mattress and bed for larger people like myself and husband. The delivery guys were also very nice and helpful.

Bed is ok but was delivered at 11 o clock at night would put me off ordering again

I was unsure about ordering, to be honest. But I had great communication with Cuddlybeds. They answered all my questions from type of material, drawer positions, and delivery dates. When ever I had a query they either posted a message, or emailed me.
Delivery, in Dublin, was easy and delivery men very nice and professional. I would purchase again from them.
