This company is not responding to me. This is the works experience I've had for any online ordering which I do not do a lot. I will not recommend you purchase anything from them there is no number or return address or anything once you get their products.

The clothers were what I expected.

Trying to purchase two items from their website and just keep getting excessive failures. Contacted my bank and they are not denying it. Can't place this order. My bank recommended I call them. I can't find any contact info for this company, does anyone have any info? Thanks!

Great quality, but sizing off for me! Have been trying for days to have someone get back to me for exchange of two items!! Seashell free is lovely but too small for me in Medium! Please send me your address and phone number in USA so I can exchange!! Thank You, Kathy

Very slow shipping, not as described. Ordered prior to Xmas (not expected for that) and wasn't delivered until 2nd week in January, almost 4 weeks. Not fast to me.

I am trying to return a dress that looks nothing like the picture..it says call customer service but yiu do not provide the number. please send me the number

Took a little longer than expected, Christmas gift, still arrived in time.

Everything was delivered. However 3 of the dresses were a shiny polyester material which wasn't clear on the site, so I gave them away. The other two are great.

Rec’d my order on 11/7/22. Everything was in it’s own ziplock bag and in excellent condition. I immediately tried everything one and was delighted. It all fit to perfection! I had purchased one item as a gift and can’t wait to give it!

Never received my return label need return tops.....

I never received a return lable & I need to return a top. Please let me know how this can be done.

I am very satisfied with the quality of these tops. The size ordered is exactly my size, it fits perfectly well. The only negative point is that I received my order 3 weeks later although it said 1 to 2 weeks shipping.

The items received were really good, size was true to fitting. However I would have preferred more communication regarding time of delivery, as I was unsure if it had got lost in the mail.

Took awhile for the order to arrive, but everything I ordered was great. Make sure you go by your measurements. Wore one of the dresses to a wedding and got numerous compliments.

Clothing measurements, sizing, and descriptions all wrong. Do not take the word "oversized" to mean anything unless you are a small child. Returns impossible unless item is defective READ policy carefully before ordering. Says they have warehpuses in canada and US but the 8 week wait and tracking infor clearly suggests China. You will however get something vaguely resembling what you ordered.
