Ordered cuff links as a gift over 2 weeks ago. They have not arrived and customer service have not responded to any requests for updates and have not attempted to rectify the issue. Very disappointing.

Ordered my cufflinks from the website which was quick and easy.
They arrived a couple of days later.
One item has got a small dent in it, but nothing that distracts to much from the overall look.
