Excellent Customer service - reported a faulty product and they responded swiftly, requesting further information. Once provided they sent out a replacement straight away on next day delivery. I bought a dual drawer air fryer and unfortunately the digital display detached itself from the main machine, spoke to a lovely representative named Jeanette, so polite and courteous and very helpful in sorting things for me .
As I only use the air fryer for cooking Jeanette sorted a replacement to be delivered before I returned the damaged one , overall really great customer service .

Despite the original waffle maker being discontinued, the representative quickly offered a practical and generous alternative solution.

Customer service was absolutely brilliant. I purchased a double drawer air fryer through Amazon around 9 months ago, and recently one of the drawers started showing as “out” even when it was properly inserted.
I contacted customer service on Monday and within a few minutes on the phone, everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. By Tuesday, a driver came to collect the faulty unit, and exactly one week later (the following Tuesday), I received a brand new replacement air fryer.
The whole process was smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. I was very pleased and genuinely impressed with how well everything was handled.
It’s rare to experience such efficient and helpful support these days, really happy with both the product and the excellent customer service.

The one star given was for the actual product when it worked. When it didn't I contacted cuisinart to see if they could replace the power supply under the warranty. I didn't even get a reply but I did get regular emails from them advertising their products. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous and none existent. I would avoid and encourage others not to purchase thier products if you expect them to last and want to use your warranty.

Had a boiling fault on a kettle, its was tripping out and not boiling.
I contacted the Customer support team, expecting to take a while to resolve. It was so much easier that I expected. They asked for the serial number, which I sent. Next email back on the same day was confirming they will be replacing the unit. Only 18month old, I was asked to pick any new unit as they no longer made my model. I did and they confirmed back it was being shipped. It was so easy and they are so helpful.
I have been a Cuisinart customer for many years and this experience will keep me as a customer into the future. Thank you so much, great experience.

Excellent customer service. Bought a kettle in November 2014 and it went wrong. One phone call and 2 emails one was to choose the replacement and a new kettle is on its way. A pleasure to deal with.

Bought Cuisine Art food processor in February of last year. From online retailer R E Dawson Ltd, So I've had it 13 months. The motor has now gone. Unfortunately it's just out of warranty. Its only ever been used for chopping + pureeing veg, so its certainly not had heavy usage. While it worked it was very good. But to break down in such a short time, well safe to say i am not impressed 😑.

Our blast and go blender devolped a fault. On contacting the company Jeanette arranged for us to return the items which was a really easy process. They are now on their way back to us.
Customer service and communication was superb. Would not hesitate to buy Cuisinart products again.
