Where do I start with this

Where do I start with this? They just give you 15 minutes of common sense advice but want to charge you for the full session, it's very restrictive, like 'only one sugary snack a week' kind of restrictive and low carb, so it WILL lead to disordered eating if you're follwing their advice (I didn't even go for weight loss, I went for hormonal and joint inflammation issues), they almost never pick up the phone, they don't want to talk to insurance, they expect you to do everything.

In my experience, I kept them updated about insurance and how I was trying to figure it out with them, but they still sent my unpaid invoices to collections even though they claimed they wouldn't while I was figuring it out with insurance (I have this in writing). Insurance also told me there was no reason for my sessions not to be covered, but insurance was not able to get in contact with Culina Health to speak to them. Speaking as an unemployed disabled person, maybe it's time for you to quit so I can take your job instead, since I'll actually do it ❤️

Anyway, sometime in November, I spoke to insurance and then I went to check on my Culina Health login to see if the invoices were still there. They weren't, so I sent an email asking if the insurance claims had gone through. No one responded. In fact, I didn't know until TODAY that they sent my invoices to collections on DECEMBER 5TH. Girl it is January 9th rn!!! I specifically found out because I was the one to reach out to them. Nothing in the mail, nothing in emails, no warning anywhere. Overall, this is very unprofessional and truly seems so scammy, idk how they have so many positive reviews. Just goes to show not to trust positive reviews. No other doctor's office has tried to pull this nonsense with me, and I tend to need to see a LOT of doctors.
