Checkout was quick and easy, delivery was faster than expected.
Good quality unit and works well.

My original experience has soured a little....
If you are going to prompt purchasers to leave a review by offering a FREE gift, do not then make it contingent on purchasing more products!!
I was happy, you made the offer, prompted me to follow up on said gift with an email, then reneged by emailing a reply making the FREE gift conditional on further purchases!!!

Happy to use it

My problem was resolved and I am happy with the product however the instructions SUCK. For the thermo cutter you must ensure the grooves on the plastic bowl line up with the grooves on your thermo to make it work.

Update - I bought the slicer

UPDATE 7 March 2024 - After this review the company reached out with an apology and offered a full refund or replacement of the product. They also sent a Unichop to use with my thermomix. I chose to take the refund. But am happy with the response from the company following my Trustpilot review.

I have 2 other products of theirs that I use (spin spat, speed sizzle) which have been very useful.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I bought the slicer. The grater disk plastic centre broke on first use (I used it once for first time 4 months after buying) it was a manufacturing fault. They refuse to replace the disc (it's not available) and refuse to refund the purchase price despite the fact that the product failed due to a manufacturing fault.
They accused me of using it for 3 months despite what I told them and all the pictures show it is in as new condition.
Don't buy this product. Horrible customer response and service.

Buyer Beware - No Refund if product does not work

I purchased the thermo cutter/slicer, however it does not fit properly, I have to force the lid down. It is also cheap looking. I dont want to force the lid as it may break my machine or put stress on it. I wanted a refund as it is not working as advertised. I sent email and after some delay they sent me an instruction booklet, then again after some delay they said they would not refund, then they said they would give me 30% refund then they asked me to send a video and it saga is still going on. This company is not to be trusted and i would not recommend either their product or the company.

I have just read your review and again after more emails I am asked to send another video and then told they will only give my 30% of the cost, not what I call great service. Also even in you response you say to contact you. Again is that through the same custom line I previously contacted you. Just to start the cycle again. Maybe provide a link so that someone can look at the whole issue, again I respect do not use this company

Been chasing a refund from the company…

Been chasing a refund from the company via the address they keep asking people to write to for ages. Item broke after two uses, followed all instructions and the company has now disappeared from Facebook so can’t warn others. Many people have tried to complain and get a refund for faulty device but have been stonewalled. Don’t waste your money

The below reply from the company is rubbish- don’t be fooled anyone.
