You could have stated right away that you don't ship to Croatia, instead of letting me select and buy the item, only to wait a few days before being told the order wouldn't go through.

Everything was amazing
The delivery service was very good, got notified for every step, it took a reasonable amount of time to arrive. The Patrick Ta blush in the color Out Of Office is a really great product, got many compliments. Altogether, I‘m really pleased with my order, I will definitely order again.

I recently had an issue with an Oribe…
I recently had an issue with an Oribe shampoo from one of my Cult Beauty orders. The bottle arrived damaged and the shampoo had leaked inside the parcel, which was understandably disappointing.
Although the resolution took longer than I initially expected and I had to provide some additional information, I really appreciated that the matter was ultimately resolved and that Cult Beauty provided a credit for the damaged product.
I would especially like to thank Taylor, Billie, Rumiko and Takahisa for their assistance throughout the process. They were helpful and professional, and I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue.
Overall, I’m pleased with the final resolution and grateful for the support I received from the customer service team.

Damaged item/order
I ordered two Huda Beauty palettes, and unfortunately, one of the eyeshadows in the Icy Nude palette arrived shattered. I contacted customer support and initially was offered a €10 credit as compensation, which wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.
After the issue was escalated, Louann and Simone from the customer support team kindly arranged a replacement for me, and the new palette arrived safely. I was pleasantly surprised by how the issue was handled, especially after reading some mixed reviews from other shoppers.
Overall, a positive experience, and I really appreciate Louann and Simone for resolving the issue!
