Inexplicable shipping costs
I can’t understand the costs of shipping ! €10 up to €200 and then €5 !!! I am gold and I feel this is unfair and Inexplicable . Where are my benefits ? I was gifted €25 for my birthday and I had to pay €10 for shipping . Cult beauty you don’t want Europeans as clients . Otherwise I can’t understand it . Pity . Catastrophic delivery!!!
That was the worst delivery experience I had in my life. No courier ever reached out to me, yet they pretended I wasn’t at the address and directly dropped the package to the post office. I will never ever order from you because your delivery is offensive to your customers. Beyond awful!!!
