Dont order from this company, takes the money and doesn't deliver the product. Two complaints and no feedback. About to report to Trading Standards UK.

I ordered a top in October and it’s now April and it still has not arrived. There’s no phone number to call and no response to emails. I’ve even messaged them on Instagram which they’ve seen but not replied to. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered a tracksuit before xmas goods never arrived. No response to emails or registered letter

Ordered several items for my girlfriends birthday. She loved them all, good communication and good shipping times. Thank you, would highly recommend

I am furious. Placed my order on 09/02 and now 5 weeks later no goods. Paid 70 pounds and now believe the money will never been retuned and the delivery will never come. I have emailed them again and again but no response at all, and they don’t publish a phone number. They hide!! I strongly suspect this is a rip off site and I advise no-one ever orders from them. I think it’s just a con. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

Terrible company in my opinion.Ordered from here,they took the money,never received any goods,never replied to any e-mails-a TOTAL scam!!! They shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Instagram etc as it looks like a good site but it really isn't!

You have to give a star to review or I would give them 0 stars. Ordered on Feb 1st, money was taken from my account Feb 3rd. Didn't even receive an email to say that my order was being processed. Emailed them several times, no reply. Instagrammed them and they said they would look into it, no word back from them but they are able to post stories and send special offer emails! Absolutely horrendous, a total scam DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Wish I had read the reviews!!!! Ordered 1st week of January, still not received. Have emailed three times. No response.

Ordered from Cult Collection, never received item. Thankfully paid through PayPal so hopefully I'll get my money back. Very frustrating though. Emailed CC several times with no response. Very worrying. Wouldn't recommend.

No customer service, no tracking number, still awaiting for item to arrive 4 weeks later!! SCAM!!! Using love island code to make people think it’s a reputable company

I ordered two things with this company and only one thing arrived. I dmed them numerous of times and emailed them and still nothing. It’s been OVER a month. I should of checked the reviewed before ordering. Please DO NOT order and report that account.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased!! I waited over 3 months for my order. I complained that it had not been received and wanted a refund. Suddenly it arrived from China and what a load of tat!! I've seen better garments on a shoddy market stall. The material was so thin you could see through it! The sizing was all wrong and it was very badly sewn. Needless to say it went straight in the bin and have put my loss of £35 down to experience. So buyers BEWARE!!

Cultcollection.co.uk gives the impression that it is a UK based company. Ordered on the 8th of December thinking that it would arrive in time for Christmas. It is now the 29th of December, still nothing arrived. There is no customer service number to call and when I asked via email whether my order had been despatched they first mailed that there was a problem with their despatch email, when I emailed again I got a very stroppy reply not to assume items arrive quickly just because a company is in the UK. They referred to their 7-14 day shipping which should have been in time for Christmas. I still don’t know whether the necklace has even been sent. I asked for a refund and never got a reply. I agree with previous reviews that this is a dodgy company, probably not holding UK stock, with an attractive website. AVOID!

I wish I’d read the reviews here before I ordered from these crooks...This is a company in China who send you either nothing at all or some absolute crap that’s nothing like what you ordered. I honestly don’t know how these people haven’t been shut down by trading standards. I received my order exactly one month after ordering, and the items were NOTHING like what I ordered. No refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered something that never came. Number inactive and emails not responded to. As far as I am aware this is a fake company scamming their ‘customers’

Please do not buy from this site. I placed an order that never arrived. I tried to contact them to see what’s going on with the order but the mobile number provided is inactive, I sent many emails and no response. Eventually I sent a message on instagram to whom someone replied and said they will get back to me (I’m still waiting it’s been over 2months). I keep chasing and have finally given up. I’ve learnt that this is a fake site that sells cheap clothes that look nothing at all like the pictures, they take your money very quickly but no provide a service. In the end I had to get my refund through PayPal. Thank God I paid through them.

I ordered what I thought was an original Vogue T-shirt as shown on their website picture but the item arrived some 10 working days later, from China, and the product was not as the picture on the website. Very disappointed. Will not ordered from this website ever again.
