Not sure if the company is a scam ordered a jacket for my daughter a month ago. Sent two emails and left telephone message nothing. Have now been back through my bank for a refund avoid at all costs.

Ordered a puffer jacket for my daughter 11 days ago, I have sent an email and one message via Instagram and nothing. Money taken out of my account.

Ordered a jacket for my daughter 10 days ago, money left my account immediately...no idea when or if it is coming?! no response to 2 emails will now mark as fraud with my bank account.

I ordered and teddy bear coat in two different sizes as I was not sure which would fit me. When I received it was nothing like the picture, the colour was totally different and it was not thick or warm at all. Quality is horrendous, you can get better quality in a market. As for trying to return them, forget that all together. I emailed various times, called and left voicemails. But no reply.

Do not order from them. Placed an order on 28th January and it still hasn’t been shipped. Emailed them 4 times and no response.

I ordered an oversized white knitted jumper £38.98 including shipping from Cult Collection. The order took 4 weeks to arrive & during that time no one responded to my emails . When the product arrived ( from China) it wasn’t a jumper but a polyester top . Looks nothing like the image not knitted at all . Over rated well over priced . I haven’t bothered to return after reading other reviews just put it down to bad experience will never use this company again .

Don’t buy from them! I made an order in December, still waiting! They have ignored my emails. I’ve now lost that money

A total scam company. They will not respond to any email. There are no address details and their only contact phone number is a mobile. If you are lucky enough to receive your item, you will be totally disappointed. How they are still allowed to operate and continue to rip people off I do not know !!

I emailed three times with no response. The items that turned up looked nothing like what I ordered, they were actually disgusting. Don’t bother ordering from here.

Absolute shocking company, cheap Chinese rubbish, wrong colour pockets rubbish, no communication, Avoid like the plague

I ordered a padded jacket for £34 and it is extremely thin and not for for use, it is worse then what you would get in a market for less than half the price - total rip off !
I have contacted them 3 times over the past 2 weeks to find out where abs how I send it back but I have had no response at all so does not look like I will be getting my money back for a terrible product ... so not order from them

I bought a jacket for my daughter from Cult Collection. It was actually delivered but was too small so I arranged a return with the company who agreed to exchange it for a larger size. We returned the jacket over a month ago and have yet to receive a replacement. I have emailed with no response to any of my messages and also have rung the mobile number given on the Cult Collection website which goes to voicemail but the mailbox is full! All very frustrating and means I would certainly not recommend this company and I am very disappointed in their customer service. We are still awaiting the exchange..............

Definitely won’t be ordering from this site again. The quality of the clothing does not by any means reflect the price of them! Took ages to deliver, no returns policy in the package... just very disappointing and unfair to be advertising clothes of this price for what they are!

Scam!!! I feel used, I wait for my order for 5 weeks. I do know I will never get my 34£ back, so be wise and do check company first before trust them - cult collection is one rubbish company.

I ordered from here and after not receiving my item I emailed them and tried contacting them via the mobile number on their website. I heard nothing back, so I then requested a refund from my bank. I was then emailed stating the item had been delivered, which nothing had been delivered to my address or no contact from them. To which then I find out they have disputed my refund and are trying to get the money back! Absolutely disgusted. I have emailed them again as I have had no item but will not get a response. Don’t order from this website!!!!

My advice would be not to use this company.
My daughter has been looking for a long time to find the perfect puffer jacket. Found it on this site very excited, bought with her own money (teenager), to hear & receive nothing😡
Not sure you have a conscience Cult ????

I placed an order for a coat last year the money was taken, nothing has arrived and no responses to any of my attempts to contact them. I have written this off as a learning experience. @google should be ashamed to show this companies scam product site!

This website needs to be taken down. They steal from people, complete scammers. I never received my order and contacted them many times and they never responded. Do not buy from here.

Absolutely terrible.
Ordered on the 1st of December and nothings arrived no one is responding to me and the phone number is a mobile number! Do not use!

Absolutely disgusting, bought a coat for my daughter. Was too small, would not respond to my messages and emails to exchange for another size. Took £50 from me, load of robbers. Would never use again. Diabolical behavior, taking peoples hard earned money!!!!
