Think twice before buying from this website. Items paid for, apparently shipped but not delivered. No answer when questions asked. Item can be tracked but this doesn't really work. Just says its out for delivery. Carrier is Yanwen which are based in Shenzhen, China. This is not clear when you place an order. The shipping time could be much longer than you anticipate when you order but this is not stated either. Customer service is non-existent. No reply from email contact.

Shameful and shameless. I placed an order, the items never turned up, no response from their customer services. Looking at many of the other comments i suspect this is a criminal matter, not merely bad commerce. If you are reading this and have also been turked by them, Google "report scam websites" and lets poke them in the eye!

Does not even deserve one star. I returned items and they’ve just ignored every form of contact. Even a letter!! TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Items did not arrive, this store is a scam I wish I had read reviews before. Two Emails sent which were ignored. Items worth £38.99. Just realised I used my card to purchase instead of PayPal how do I get a refund from a card payment, so annoyed with these scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM CULTCOLLECTIONS. We need to take this to Twitter and also trading standards to get this company investigated.

2 weeks in and still haven’t received items, all I am seeing is negativity on here and I’ve had no reply on Facebook but just replied to the email they sent me as confirmation of order. How are they able to operate like this and why do Facebook let them advertise??? I’ve paid via my debit card, any ideas on how I can get my money back?

Paid £40 for an item and After weeks I still haven’t received it. Sent them so many emails but no reply at all. Absolute SCAMMMMMM! Do not buy with this ‘company’!!!!

Ordered a coat 12/09/20 paid £43.00 (with a discount) It is now 18/10/20 as I write this review and it still has not been delivered or an email advising of the shipment.
I have sent 2 emails via their 'contact us' link asking for an update on the delivery. I have not had a response to either of my emails!!!!
I would not order of this site in future.

So my parcel has still not arrived! Tried to claim money back via NatWest, got it back and then it was taken again because apparently CULT Collection said that I got the parcel! THIS IS A JOKE

Fake!!! You'll be scammed. I was. I just raised a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.

I purchased 2 items from Cult Collection (£53) on 24/08/20
Items didn’t arrive, so after 3 weeks waiting I tried contacting them.
No response to any of the many messages.
The two ordered items were showing as currently available and still advertised on their website.
I will ask for PayPal to refund, I recommend that anyone that purchase from this company either do the same or claim a refund via credit card.
THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE and I suggest the few positive reviews on here are fake too and should be viewed with caution.
The clothes on this website don’t change - the items I never received one was a “Burgundy tracksuit’ was mentioned by another negative review further down page and was never received either.

FAKE RETAILER - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I made my order on May 23 and it’s September 4 and I haven’t received anything!!! I tried sending emails and contacting through Instagram and I have no response.
If someone knows how can I get to contact with them please help!

Ordered a bodysuit from cult collection on 27.07.20, still not arrived. Emailed them on 21.08.20 and I’ve had no response. Avoid this company, they take your money and don’t send your goods!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Requested a returns address for a refund. It states on their website they should respond to emails within 24 hours. This is complete lies. I have sent two emails and nobody has bothered to get back to me. Absolute SCAM

I love the floral shirt. It is so light weight and beautiful. I honestly wish they had more colors because I am so in love with it. It has the best feel and texture and its totally compatible with any outfit. The delivery time and customer service is also outstanding. They respond within an hour and have competivive looks. Love them!

Avoid using this company. Ordered some clothing which was too small. It is impossible to return items. Don’t reply to emails or answer their phone so just lost my money. Posted the item back to them recorded delivery and requested a refund but never heard anything. Don’t use.

Terrible company. Ordered a set only to be delivered just the top after 2 weeks of waiting! Contacted their customer services, who told me the price was only for one item, even though the item was advertised on their website as a set. Very bad customer service, deceitful. Never again.

Ordered from this website and the quality of clothing is amazing ! Sizing is trustworthy also 👏🏼 Overall I feel like I will continue to order from this brand as I am happy with my experience so far.
