Good customer service and fast sending
Good customer service if you have some question to ask, they answered me about one problem with the size selected that I had in 3 hours, and sent me the goods in 24 hours. Good alternative for customers who live in the European Union, if you want to buy denim of quality and don't want customs overcosts by taxes, because they send from Germany. Reduced sending costs 5,95 euros to Spain. Sometimes they make sales and promotions with goods opportunities to profit

Great place to buy stuff
Great company. Customer service answered within less then 12 hours and helped with everything. Very nice and friendly communication and a well priced variety of goods. Love it

Excellent European (German) retail…
Excellent European (German) retail shop.
I've given up with a lot of the shoddy UK based larger companies who are unreliable and take customers for granted and started shopping further afield.
Cultizm are amazing - first class curating of high quality manufacturers - excellent delivery service and A**** customer service.
Highly recommended. This is a real gem of a store in Germany. British shops should take a few lessons in etiquette from their neighbours in Europe.
