Avoid!

Do not order anything from here under any circumstances. The delivery was extremely slow. I received a completely terrible T-shirt—the print didn’t match the picture at all and was totally crooked. After a long back-and-forth, I eventually got my money back. Luckily, I paid by credit card.

-5 Awful Company

If I could give them a -5 I would. I had ordered from them before. Loved their sales. But this time I placed a large order. One item came smashed to pieces. One item didn't come at all. I sent a message. One red flag is they do not have a customer service phone number. Then their response was not sorry, not how can we help it was send pictures and then they will "review the situation and determine the best resolution." So they make you jump through hoops when it is their mistake. They send the order form with the not sent item clearly labeled with an X. No mention of it not coming later and no refund for the item. So I had to send pictures of the smashed items and the order form and my guess is from all the other reviews nothing will happen. Be warned do not buy from this company. They are not accredited with the BBB. They have a 100 percent avoid rating and a 1.3 stars. I wish I had googled reviews first but I had ordered before. That is on me. But never again.

0 stars out of 10 do not recommend. Placed an order with two items accidentally. Sent an email within minutes asking to cancel one of the items. They replied 3 days later saying they can't cancel one item, only the entire order and that I'd then have to repurchase the one item. Said I should reply quickly because once a label is created they can't cancel. I replied in less than 90 minutes. They never got back to me so later that night I placed the order for the one item assuming the other would be cancelled. Nope, they wrote me back the next day after I made another order as instructed to say that my label had been created (but order not shipped) and all I could do was wait for it and send it back paying astronomical shipping AGAIN to get a refund that would likely total less than the cost of ONE of the items. It feels like they intentionally waiting for me to place the new order so I could now be stuck with not one but TWO items I don't need. I will never shop there ever again.

SCAM SITE!! One star isn’t few enough

One star isn’t few enough. This company is a scam site, plain and simple. I just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
I placed an order in early November… and now at the end of January, I still have seen nothing. The email “service” they provide has been giving me the run-around, and provided me with now TWO fake tracking numbers. I was told by this “company” that my order was delivered, (even though it shows not even shipped!) I contacted the post office to see if maybe it was just lost, and was told the number I was given was not mine, not an address near me, and not even from this company. Absolutely ABSURD!! Now reading through the other reviews, I see I am not the only person who has had this EXACT same problem either, unfortunately. I could go on and on about this with months of email proof to back it up as well, but I’ll just leave it at, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I hope to spread the word so no one else wastes their time or money.

Scooby Doo Madness, Lesson Learned.

I was excited receiving the Scooby Doo Mug/socks for Christmas. I mean, it was a cool gift. I have used the mug with all of scooby facial expressions on it and after just one time of washing all of the designs feel off. As if they were only stickers, terrible. I’ve contacted culturefly and they said to bring it back to the store lol, silly. Now I’m afraid to try the socks. This product would be cool but the quality is not there, I may have to do my own design on the mug GRB Art style. I would include photos but there’s no option her.

Terrible product, even worse customer service

My poor daughter got a Pusheen mug set from this company for Christmas. The day after Christmas, she wanted to use the mug for a drink. Of course I wanted to wash it first so I inspect the mug for any dishwasher warnings. Dishwasher safe on the top rack is stated on the bottom of the mug.

After washing the mug, all the print on the mug is ruined. I emailed the company and tell them about their defective product. They tell me I need to return the product to the store. I tell them the gift was from a relative in another state. They essentially tell me they can’t help and to get the mug back to the relative for a return.

Terrible product, even worse customer service. Buyer beware.

Fraudulent Shipping Practices

I placed an order for an Indio Park shirt that was scheduled to ship "early-mid October", I guess that means I technically pre-ordered it.
After the order was placed life happened and I ended up needing to move apartments, so I reached out to their support team on 8/10 to ask for my address to be updated. I was informed that a label was already created, so it isn't possible to change the shipping address. I asked for clarification on if the item had actually shipped so I could hopefully receive it before my 30 day notice was up for my apartment (10/31) and was told no, once a label is made they just can't do anything.

The nail in the coffin; the item was finally "shipped" 10/30. Meaning they created a label at least 21 days before they actually shipped the product, yet were somehow unable to reprint the label.
The kicker, it still hasn't actually shipped. USPS says it's still in preshipment, meaning they JUST NOW created the label and haven't actually put it in the mail yet. (Meaning they lied to me about a label being made).

Food for thought: I don't know how "early-mid October" shipping translates to creating a label on the last day of the month, and still not being bothered to put it in the mail by the 1st of November.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is the absolute worst! Their customer service team & refund/exchange policy is even, somehow, worse. You cannot claim to offer exchanges & in your terms fine print say "we don't do exchanges." They will copy & paste replies. Then will ignore you after you request a refund and ONLY reply back once the order is shipped to then say they cannot refund it due to it being shipped out. Buyers beware and don't order from them unless you enjoy headaches & having your money tied up.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I've been emailing them since they charged me June 6th and they keep telling me that they won't refund me until I receive an order that isn't due to ship to me until July 1st at the earliest THEN return it back to them. That can take at least another month and my money is tied up waiting. How is this fair and right? Even their supervisors and social media people aren't helpful. Everyone is now ignoring me but I will get my money back and it won't be the way they're asking me to handle it. That's so lazy to tell me to wait until July or August for a refund of a charge thay happened at the beginning of June. It makes no sense at all. This company needs to be more customer centric and hire more workers if they don't have enough people to answer emails. This is ridiculous.

Couldn't fill order & called me a fraudster!

I have been a subscriber of The Office box for about 3 years as a gift for my wife. The boxes were worth the price especially at the beginning, despite the constant shipping delays, near the end not so much but I kept it in case we got some cool stuff.

For the Spring Box, I got an email that it would be delayed, no big deal. However, 3 MONTHS after the purchase, I received an email saying my order was cancelled and I'd be refunded.

I did not cancel anything, I was prepared to wait so I wrote them back asking the reason. They tell me that it is because I initiated a fraud chargeback through my bank. I have never done that so I called my bank in a panic. Turns out that my bank was as puzzled as I am, they said in order to initiate a chargeback I would have to be the one to request it so it made no sense.

I wrote back to CultureFly explaining all this but now they are telling me the Spring box is out of stock and I can't order it.

So essentially, they couldn't fill the box order and instead of being upfront with me, they made me waste my time calling my bank to figure out a non-existing issue and called me a fraudster, which is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous.

I've never seen a company lie to a customer like this before and honestly I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.

A quick Google search of "CultureFly reviews" will show that I am unfortunately not the only one with issues with CultureFly... Trustpilot 1.5⭐, BBB Rating F with 89 unresolved complaints...

Don't waste your time and money with CultureFly.

If you're a collector, then AVOID!

If you're a collector and looking to get your box intact with the plastic wrapper still on then avoid this at all costs. It arrived in no box to protect it so the collector box itself was damaged and folded in some areas. The plastic had to be removed as they put all their shipping label stuff on there so it was impossible to remove without ripping off the actual plastic wrapper. Shipping also took way longer than advertised however, it was during holidays so maybe that has a factor. Items inside are nice and as advertised but as a collector, I was highly disappointed in this :( are they so cheap that they cannot afford a darn box to protect the product?

Stolen almost $100 for failed order

I tried to order a Star Wars subscription box and the summer Mandalorian box. First time I tried my order could not be placed but they charged me anyway. Assuming the pending charge would drop off like every other company, I tried again to order and it went through this time. When the charge on my card didn’t drop off I emailed customer service about a refund for the failed order. All I got back from them after almost a week was that there is only one order on my account. I asked again for a refund for the failed order I had provided screenshots of. It’s been days and I’ve had no reply. At least their email confirming I only have one order with them will support my credit card dispute which inevitably I feel it will come down to. Can’t comment on the boxes as I haven’t received them yet. Such a shame as I was so excited for the Star Wars boxes subscription but this isn’t a good first experience

Misleading and Poor Service

CultureFly gladly took my money for a subscription box. I paid for a year up front and received the first 3 boxes. When it came to the last box, they discontinued it. They said they would give a store credit. The problem is the credit cannot all be used at once leading to me having to spend even more money to even access the money I already spend.

They advertised discounts for boxes but refused to honor them. Customer service representative did not answer questions asked in 1st email for a week. I was not satisfied with his answer so I asked to be contacted by a manager which a week later I am still waiting for contact. And I'm sure I will never be contacted by their manager. I'm in process of contact bbb and anyone that will listen. They are a terrible company that does not care about it's customers.

I ordered the NY Hero Academia…

I ordered the NY Hero Academia SUBSCRIPTION for my grandson for Christmas LAST DECEMBER. Didn’t receive 1st box for months. 10 months later he has received 2 boxes. They did not advertise that they take the full payment for the year immediately, and where are the other boxes??? Terrible terrible company. They sell out the boxes that have subscribers before they send them to subscribers. Negative 5 stars
