Absolutely awful Christmas Lunch…

Absolutely awful Christmas Lunch yesterday. The Pate was a slab of shop bought tastelessness. The huge chunks of turkey were flavourless and grisly. The veg tasteless and ill cooked. Dirty rooms (dust everywhere

Dirty rooms (dust everywhere, dirty cups, unchanged towels), old and damaged furniture, rusty balcony railings, torn carpets, and water damage on the ceilings. Nails were sticking out of the floor – dangerous! The fitness room was in a basement with no windows or ventilation, smelled like mold, and had broken equipment.

Loud private parties in the building went on late into the night, with no prior warning. The photos online are totally misleading – this place is falling apart and pretending to be something it's not. We even had a freshly painted room that reeked of paint. No option to cancel or change, and no other hotels were available.

Some staff were nice, but others were rude. Overall, this was a total scam. Do not waste your money here.
