I ordered cast iro“Order refunded but ₹23,000 shipping and import charges unresolved”n cookware from Cumin…

I ordered cast iron cookware from Cumin Co for shipment to Norway. DHL states the parcel was left outside my address without a signature or confirmation of receipt, and I did not personally receive or accept the delivery.

The product cost was ultimately refunded through a chargeback with my bank, which the company did not dispute. However, I paid approximately ₹23,000 in shipping charges which have not been refunded, and I am receiving import charge claims from a debt collection agency relating to this shipment.

I hope the company can assist in clarifying the shipment status with DHL and resolving the remaining shipping and import charge issues. I have asked for reimbursement of the shipping cost but was informed that this would be too expensive for the company to cover.
