Bought a custom made Panyam 600 for 500€+ with hydrophobic down.
It get‘s so wet every night when there is no wind. Support told me this is because I use it in too warm temperatures. Well, at 2 degrees I‘m just fine although the comfort temperature shall be -12.
Now I washed it exactly (!!) as in their description and it‘s basically trash after 3 years.

I purchased a custom sleepingbag from Cumulus that was advertised with specific temperature ratings, but these claims proved to be completely inaccurate during use.
Also they send me other fabric from what i originaly I order only because they was out of the pertex fabric.
I cannot recommend this company to others based on my experience. Guys there is much better options out there!

Sizes are wrong, you won't be able to return. Their sizes are not normal, I have always worn an XL, I paid $350 for a puffer jacket and to return it you HAVE TO SHIP TO POLAND! I can't find a way to ship it for less than what the coat cost. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them, what you order won't fit, it's expensive, and you'll be stuck trying to sell it on Ebay.

I own two sleeping bags from Cumulus and unfortunately none of them meet the specified temperature limits at all, the "worst" is brand new and differs up to 10-15C. I have been in contact with their support who say that thermal comfort can vary from person to person. The strange thing is that I have never experienced similar problems with sleeping bags from other brands, so I want to draw attention to this. If you don't have the opportunity to test a Cumulus sleeping bag before buying (to see if it has the right temperature limits for you or not) then I don't recommend you to buy a sleeping bag from Cumulus (because it will be a pure risk taking).

After conducting extensive research to find the right sleeping bag, my choice ultimately landed on the Cumulus Lite Line 400. I reached out to the company to inquire about customization options and whether altering the bag's length would affect the processing time. To my delight, I was met with a friendly representative who not only confirmed that customizations were possible but also offered to expedite the production process based on my needs, a gesture I declined but greatly appreciated. This willingness to accommodate customers left a strong positive impression.

Upon making my purchase, the bag arrived sooner than expected, though I must admit I was taken by surprise when I had to cover the import duty fees. This was entirely my oversight, as I was aware the product was being shipped from Poland.

I recently put the Cumulus Lite Line 400 to the test during a camping trip in Iceland, where I faced temperatures as low as 0 degrees Celsius and below. To my delight, it performed admirably, even though it's not officially categorized as a winter bag.

I wholeheartedly recommend Cumulus to anyone in search of top-notch quality sleeping bags with customization options to ensure a perfect fit. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched.

Awesome brand - you can really tell their gear is designed by enthusiasts. I got an Inverse men’s down jacket, and received sizing recommendations from their customer service. The quality is excellent and I am especially happy about the fit. The jacket had a minor defect - a loose seam in one of the down baffles on the sleeve. Cumulus arranged a courier to pick up the jacket, repaired it and sent it back free of charge on their warranty. The communication during the process was great. Very happy to recommend them!

I've bought a custom X-Lite sleeping bag. It was delivered on time, quality is perfect and temperature rating is accurate. I've had down sleeping bags from different companies, however all of them had the same problem. If my feet touch the tent, water gets on the sleeping bag and i get cold. The one from Cumulus, doesnt have this problem, water just slides off and the heat is maitained. I'm really happy with my order!

I ordered a cumulus progressive synthetic sleeping bag and chose the money transfer option to pay for it.

The customer service was there to quickly answer my questions and the quality of the sleeping bag (that has yet to be put to the test of a night in the nature) seems to be excellent.

The shipment was made on time.

This is overall a very pleasing experience.
