DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - It should be zero stars as I placed an order 25th Nov and still not received. After numerous e-mails and not recognised phone numbers I am left with no option to contact my bank and get the police involved . Absolutely disgusting ripping people off !

Ordered item in Feb and paid for tracked 3 to 5 days shipping. Not received item and is now 22 march. No reply to numerous emails. Extremely poor service

Paid for my item & did not receive it .Emailed the address & got no reply.Will now have to take up the dispute with my bank.It was £13 but this is unkind at best & fraud at worst. Wont shop with them again

Placed an order in January, paid, they did not send.
Nearly a month on did not respond to emails or social media messages.
Seems to be a common theme looking at the reviews.
I only received a response after making a claim with my bank, saying they would resend (lies), thankfully my bank got my money back for me.

Everything went wrong.
Didn't get the item at all.
Kept emailing and getting no response, got an email with a tracking number which actually hadn't been posted.

I wish i could give zero stars!

After several attempts to contact the company through email, instagram and their website for an update on my order which was placed towards the end of January and then supposedly dispatched on the 31st of January, i have heard nothing.. no response to any of my requests, so i am now taking the matter further.

I am totally disgusted and feel let down as my husband use to belong to their tshirt club, where we have nothing but praise for the company.. oh how they have changed!
In the current climate where every penny counts, stealing the hard earned wages of a family trying to make ends meet is lower than low and then to say it was dispatched when it clearly hasn't been is just a further kick in the groin.

I hope you can sleep at night on your customer's stolen money!!

Shame on you.

I'm going to report these to consumer and trading standards.
To take payment and not send items is effectively theft.

Ordered t-shirts for Christmas present. Items did not arrive. Chased multiple times, hardly any response. Gave them a chance to rectify....still no t-shirts and now no response on a refund.

Another "wish I read the reviews" review.
I ordered a white "Hedgehugs" tee but was sent a red Danny DeVito sweatshirt. I emailed through their contact us section as soon as I got the order and a couple of times since by replying to the confirmation email and .... crickets!

They have the same designs as The Tee Club and had bad experience with them too so I do wonder if they're the same company. The Tee Club didn't sort my issue until I commented on one of their social media posts, I wonder if my issue with Cuppatee won't be resolved unless I do the same.

So the positives are it's a good quality t shirt.

The negatives I was sent the wrong colour shirt (white instead of maroon) and the print is so dull that it looks like an amateur has made it on an outdated machine that is running out of ink. Absolutely nothing like it was in the photo.

Also their website claims they have 5 star review on trustpilot - clearly not

UPDATE: still not had a reply from the company but t shirt arrived today - and I’m actually quite happy with it 👍🏻

Wish I’d read the reviews first! Ordered a T shirt two weeks ago and still not arrived. Have emailed the company but heard nothing back.

Let me start by stating the positives, we I only think it's fair to start there. The shirts are really good quality, full of humour and stylish. They feel like they were built to last and there no complaints at all about the quality. That is top notch

Delivery however is hugely questionable. Ordered on October first expecting a 3-5 day turn around and the 5 days passed. In fact 9 days passed without any up date, though there is as follow up emails regarding offers they had...offers I may have taken had the shirts arrived by that point...

Thankfully, I get to make this into a sandwich. As an email on October 10th to make them aware my order hadn't arrived was dealt with quickly, I got a response this following day saying they had been posted (not sure why it took 10 days but hey ho) and they arrived on the 12th.

Very mixed feelings, and I suspect if they are around in a few years they'll have solved the issues that caused the delay here... Hopefully

I haven't bought anything from them but the fact that their website says they have a 5 star trust pilot profile and the reality is they have a 2 star rating - automatically makes me think it's a scam site

I was worried after reading the reviews and even tried to cancel the order. They responded immediately and said it gad been sent on 17th Sept but that I could return it for a full refund.
Low n behold the tshirt arrived today and was great quality and great size too.

I was sceptical that this was a genuine company to be honest. I bought three t-shirts, and after they didn't arrive after a couple of weeks, e-mailed them to enquire when they'd arrive. I did get quick responses to emails, with apologies, and my t-shirts arrived a week later. The t-shirts are really good but I must admit, I was on the verge of contacting PayPal for their refund process!

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS THE SAME COMPANY CALLED MONTHLY TEE CLUB , THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER SEND TEES, WONT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS, DONT REPLY TO COUNTLESS EMAILS, THEY HAVE SCREWED OVER SOOOO MANY PEOPLE!. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND TO THE ONLINE FRAUD ACTION TEAM WITH THE POLICE, I HAVE GIVEN THE POLICE EVERY BIT OF PROOF I HAVE OF THIS COMPANY COMMITING FRAUD ONLINE

Shocking. If you like poor quality, even worse customer service and like throwing money away ……….. cuppatee is for you!!!! Never again!!! They are rubbish !

Terrible customer service waiting over 3 weeks for my order & it’s still not here. No updates or anything.
I’ve emailed company but have had no response what so ever.
Would not recommend using this company

*Edit: The refund has been received AND the t-shirts have actually arrived today! Just a shame the amount of chasing required to get the t-shirts, but changed my stars as they have actually sent them.*

I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my order, having been told several times it was being posted out on this date, next week etc etc.
Unfortunately I paid by card, wishing it had been PayPal! I’ve asked for a refund so we’ll see.
Avoid this company, I don’t know what’s going on with them but they aren’t fulfilling many orders by the looks of everyone else’s reviews.
