Ordered ai start glasses but received wireless Bluetooth glasses

Site is selling fake items and using pictures from the real company.
Pictures are taken from someone else website the product is not theirs.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Placed an order on February 17, 2026 finally received a month later and they sent the wrong item. They have a 30 day return policy but they do not honor it as I notified them right after I opened the package… They tell me it’s not a mistake but they will give my $4.. when I paid $32.. this company is a scam from China

Advertise for smart glasses but send something else (glasses that play music only). Scam company plus my bank wouldn’t refund me.

i ordered 2 pair of smart glasses without reading up on reviews and of course i got the wrong glasses and wasn't the first one with the same issue

This company is a hoax. They sell products that don't work. I ordered a truck LED light and it doesn't work at all and they won't give me their mailing address to send it back but say I need to pay for shipping. However they will give me $8 back from the $30 that it cost me. They ask for all of these pictures of the package that it was shipped in and then said it wasn't their packaging. Why should that matter I will put it in another box and send it to them. This company is very sketchy. Don't buy anything from them.

Buy anything from this company , please check all the reviews before buying anything from anyone , which is what i should have did with this company . i Purchased the A.I SMART GLASSES WITH CAMERA from this company and received a REGULAR pair of Sunglasses, No A.i Technology or No Cameras for video recording or photos! .. I send pics of the item they sent and the item i SHOULDVE received & they stated they would only REFUND me $4 of the money i paid for the glasses … Yes! Only 4 DOLLRS.. then told me they will not send any items ..

⭐ 1 Star – Received completely different product, refused proper refund

I ordered a pair of “AI glasses” from this company after seeing them advertised online. What I received was completely different — just a cheap pair of sunglasses with none of the features or functionality described.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that products are shipped “at random” as part of their process. This was very concerning, as it means customers are not actually receiving what they order.

I requested a refund and was offered $5 on a $60 purchase. After declining, they reduced the offer to $4, which felt quite dismissive given the situation.

At no point was a proper resolution offered (such as a full refund or a prepaid return option).

This experience has been very disappointing. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution before purchasing, as the product received may not match what is advertised.

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from stay away from this company I’ve reported them to the national anti scam centre and to every other agency possible to get this company shut down.

Please please do not purchase from them for your own sake.

The worst company to buy anything. Bought the smart glasses from them 2 month later still telling me the product haz been sent.. asked for refund they denied it.... please dont waste you money

Don’t order from this company they are a complete scam. I ordered their smart glasses in clear they sent me a a whole different style and in black. I asked for a refund they only offered me $5 and to keep the product that I don’t want.

Absolute scam.
Rust product did nothing to kill the rust.
These people are crooks.
They offered $4USD refund. I paid $46 USD for the useless product.

Long shipping wait and delivered wrong item. I ordered smart glasses with camera and video feature and received cheap sunglasses with no camera, video functionality only audio. Do not buy!

The products supplied were not what I ordered. They have no interst in fixing their mistake. I am sick of the exaggerated apologies, yet no attempt has been made to actually provide a suitable outcome. Inferior quality to what was advertised. Steer clear of this company.

Items not as advertised. Very slow customer service and I asked to have the items returned and they first have to approve it. They asked if I wanted a $9 refund and the cost is $60. Still waiting to see when I can return these.

Not reliable products or customer service.
Order truck bed lights for $30 1/2 of the lights did not work. Contacted company ,sent in pictures. They offered me a$8 refund & to keep the lights no replacement of the product. Or I could return it internationally at my expense which would cost more than the lights themselves.

I ordered a specific pair of smart glasses with camera capabilities; I was sent a pair of audio sunglasses - pretty much the complete opposite of what I ordered. When I brought this the the company's attention, their response was that they randomly select which items to send. This was in no way communicated to me prior to making the purchase; and of course, sending them back would fall on me as far as shipping is concerned. I will be gifting these sunglasses to my daughter and will purchase the item I want from Amazon - a far more reputable company than this scam shack!

If I could give a 0 I would the item ordered was nothing like the advertised one. Then they said in a email try it anyway you might like it... The whole company is a scam none of their items look like what your buying.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered the Smart Glasses, because it took over a month to even get a pair of wireless glasses that I should have known would look cheesy and not be exactly what was advertised. I wouldn't dare order anything else from them!

My order #138431 created on Feb 20, 2026 at 12:53 pm est never arrived. It was a copper bracelet. trying to locate a phone number to call. This company should be banned from Internet type sales!
