I was really disappointed with my dress and the fact I have returned it and it has not been refunded
I was really disappointed with my experience.
The dress I received was not as described or pictured on the website, which is why I returned it. The quality and appearance were not what I expected based on the product photos and description.
I returned the dress to the address provided by the company, and tracking confirmed it was delivered back on the 23rd of June. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update on my refund, but have received no response or acknowledgement.
What has been most frustrating is not just the return process, but the complete lack of communication. As a customer, I expect at least a confirmation that my return has been received and an indication of when my refund will be processed.
To make matters worse, after I contacted the company about my return, the same dress was removed from their website, yet I still haven't received my refund or any explanation.
I understand that refunds can take a little time, but customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a business for a response. Based on my experience, I can't recommend purchasing from this company unless their customer service and communication improve significantly.
I would never recommend this company and will never buy from them again.
