It was really fast—I received my items in just one day! I’m very happy with the products and the packaging. I really recommend this store.

Not for coils or 3c hair. Clerks and stylists will be mad if you are unhappy with service.

The stylist visibly had a cold and she coughed on me once while my head was leaning back, and the diffuser was placed face-down on the salon floor between uses during the session. She insisted on a treatment that was inappropriate for my hair. I did express dissatisfaction during the session, but I was assured that it was part of the process. The purpose for the visit was split end removal but the time was spent on finger-curling my coils, and most of my split ends weren't touched. I had to make room for a new customer who arrived at 11 for her appointment.

The most upsetting part is the aftermath, when I tried to reach out to make an inquiry, and I was informed that it is my own fault for not making it clear that I actually want all my split ends gone, which I did. I wasn't offered any compensation and it actually was quite hostile. Even my attempt to review has been challenging as she adds uncanny private purchaser information to her response.

The only shop where I could find some specific hair products free of chemicals. I have placed the order on Friday and received the nicely wrapped package on Sunday morning.

It was the best place that mainly dedicated to curl girl products. I ordered few products, delivery was fast and packaging was very cute. They got many good CG approved products. So happy i found this place and I will always oder my hair styling products from here.
