Wait time was ages. At the time of ordering i was told 6-10 weeks. At 10bweeks I made contact to asks where theyvwere. She apologised for the delay. At 11 weeks I was told that there was a colour change. Not the end of the world as theyvwere similar but a little frustrating. 12 weeks from the time of ordering. Beautiful when they did arrive though. Would recommend if you dont mind waiting 3 months

took over the time frame to come but am really happy with the finishing product. Both items I’ve had are well worth it x

The quality of work is truly amazing.

The price is outstanding and you couldn't ask for more!!!.

When you purchase the items you buy on the understanding that you can wait for at least 8 - 12 weeks.

But it is so worth the wait!!!

Loved what I received, exactly what I asked for. Even though there was a wait - which I was aware of, there was no issue with the product. Only downside, I didn’t receive confirmation of order via email but was told when it was being sent and shown a picture of the product before sent to me, 10/10.

There was a long lead time but this was communicated SO clearly and so there were no issues there! I didn’t try to contact the seller (why would I, when she had clearly stated the lead time), but she contacted me to double check about my colour choices. When I confirmed them, the items arrived really quickly! I’m so pleased with them, thank you so much :)

AVOID - At all cost! Lead time given as 10weeka which is fine but to be waiting longer. Ignoring messages don't get a response at all. Advertising to take on more work when you clearly can't handle the work load you got. Always happy to support small business but it works both ways. You can't ignore customers!

Absolutely love my items! Yes the lead time is long but it's a small business done by a mum with kids. Any of my queries was replied to and the vendor was always polite and helpful. Doesn't deserve 1 star reviews. Support small businesses!

Asked several times for a refund as I've not been given my item or had any tracking information, messages ignored.
I have been wating 18 weeks now.
Would not recommend at all.

I’ve read through the reviews on this small business and it’s made me somewhat upset! From purchasing the order the seller makes it known there is a long turnaround due to demand and timescales etc, which she has specifically said and asked that you mention you understand this? My order took around 12 weeks which I was more than happy to wait, I was in no rush! The seller kept in touch once she started making the order, she informed me of new materials and asked if I could pick a colour from the new batch, once the item was finished she sent images over ensuring I was happy with the item. I then received confirmation of shipping along with emails from delivery company with date of delivery etc! The item is more beautiful than I could ever imagine! People need to realise that as well as working the seller also has a life and a family etc! Couldn’t recommend the seller and product anymore, family members have also recently made orders due to seeing the item!

Happy with the products that we received. There was a long wait so hard forgot we had ordered them but they looked great when they arrived

Ordered two names for daughters’ bedroom. Was made aware of wait time on booking.
Contact was made to confirm colour selections, items then arrived shortly after. Two beautiful products, which my girls love and look beautiful in their bedroom.

Ordered a few months back knowing there was a waitlist, but when it was my time/order Curly Characters reached out to let me know the colour I wanted wasn’t available so they sent me pics of other colours, I found this very helpful and nice of them. It felt very personable. Order was sent promptly after my new colour choice. Great price too & SO worth the wait.

Ordered a name sign for my son’s room, I was aware of the 8 - 10 week lead time as was on the website. I contacted chloe to see if it was possible I could add some individual stars onto my order which she did.

The sign looks fabulous in my baby sons nursery and I am very happy with the quality and price I paid

The items I ordered were great quality and look beautiful so very happy with that. We were in no rush for them and were warned that there was a long turnaround time. We received our items within the time frame given. A notification when items have been dispatched would have been good.

Delivery slightly longer than expected, but this was made clear at the point of ordering and I wasnt in a rush. Chloe was in touch to confirm colours for my order, again when my order was ready, and then to advise order had been shipped. I was slightly apprehensive based on other reviews. However my order arrived this week and the three items look and feel good quality. I feel they were very well priced considering they're handmade items. Overall very happy with my purchase from Curly Characters!
