The led mask is excellent. I chose to buy direct with Currentbody over Amazon sellers but had to pay for next day delivery as i needed it quickly. It finally got delivered 4 days later and although i... See more

Love love love the series 3 LED face mask
I am so so happy with the series 3 LED mask. The ease of use, customization options are just unbelievable. I see a noticeable difference in my skin with just one week of use. Cant wait to see how this mask will transform my skin over time. The ease of placing the order and super fast, secure delivery was exceptional. Very very satisfied.

Super disappointing customer service over a faulty device
Constant back and forth with different customer service agents (as I’ve seen mentioned in another review)
I bought a CurrentBody Skin Laser in August and contacted CurrentBody after experiencing problems with it. After asking me to provide video evidence, CurrentBody reviewed the video and confirmed to me in writing that the device appears to be faulty.
I asked to return it for a refund rather than receive another one. CurrentBody’s own published returns policy states that if a device develops a fault within the first six months, they are happy to issue a refund if the customer doesn’t want a replacement.
Despite this, I’ve now been told that they won’t refund me because the device has been opened/used, and that my only options are a replacement or store credit.
I’m struggling to understand this, as it’s obviously necessary to open and use a device in order to discover that it is faulty, and their separate policy for faults within six months explicitly offers a refund.
I’ve had a huge amount of back and forth with customer service already and it’s been incredibly frustrating. I’m only asking CurrentBody to honour the faulty-device returns policy published on their own website.

Great product
Great product, faster than expected delivery, good packaging and easy to use. Appears like a premium product and already feel my skin is firmer in 2 weeks!
Misleading return policy, disappointing product quality, and appalling customer service
Edit 10/09: CurrentBody reached out after I posted this review, and somehow managed to make an already bad experience worse. For one, their return policy page has clearly been edited within the last 24 hours since my initial contact. The fact that they have added more explicit language about opened products being ineligible for returns while continuing to insist that their policy was already clear makes their repeated pushback feel even more disingenuous.
Their “make-good” offer was laughable, and the rest of the response was essentially a copy-and-paste of the same advice and refusal I’d already received, including instructions on how to adjust the fit.
It’s hard to feel that a company values its customers when it repeatedly ignores legitimate concerns and recycles scripted responses instead of engaging with the issue. This has been an enormous waste of money and an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.
AVOID CURRENTBODY AT ALL COSTS. There are far more reputable brands deserving of your money.

Original Review:
I rarely write reviews but I need to share my awful experience purchasing the CurrentBody Series 2 LED mask.
The mask doesn’t fit my face and is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I could only discover this after opening the sealed box and trying it on. The silicone felt surprisingly flimsy, and the thin straps did little to convey the quality I’d expect from a $400+ product. I never even turned the device on.
What makes this worse is the contrast between the overwhelmingly glowing reviews and online hype surrounding this product and my actual experience. Based on the reviews, I expected a premium product. Instead, I found the fit uncomfortable, the materials underwhelming, and the overall quality disappointing. The disconnect is difficult to ignore and makes me question how representative those glowing reviews really are.
CurrentBody has refused my return on hygiene grounds, despite offering no practical way to assess the fit before purchase.
The real issue is how this policy is presented. Advertising “Changed your mind?” and “for whatever reason” alongside a 30-day return window creates the impression that customers can determine whether a product is right for them. In practice, simply opening the plastic seal to assess the fit is enough to deny a return. For an expensive wearable device that cannot be tried in a store, this is unreasonable and potentially misleading.
Other established brands in this space, including Therabody and Shark, offer return policies focused on product condition within a defined return window. CurrentBody’s insistence on an intact seal is particularly disappointing by comparison.
I raised these concerns repeatedly and asked for a substantive explanation. Every response was essentially the same copy-and-paste refusal, without addressing the actual issue. After saving up for this purchase, I’m now stuck with an uncomfortable mask that doesn’t fit, disappointing build quality, and customer service that seems unwilling to engage with legitimate concerns.
At best, the presentation of this policy is misleading; at worst, it raises serious consumer-protection concerns -which is clearly a consistent theme in the reviews on Trustpilot and other review sites for Current Body.
Think carefully before purchasing. Better yet, give your money to brands that are confident enough in their products to stand behind their quality and offer fair return policies, rather than hiding behind restrictive terms that leave customers stuck with a $400+ mask that doesn’t fit simply because they opened the box to find out.

Over priced!
My charger for my very expensive hand therapy broke recently and they cannot send me a replacement charger even though I am happy to pay for a new one, so got a £200 hand therapy sat now being unused, customer service very unhelpful and not giving me any other option but to leave a bad review, products over priced and break easily !

Disappointed with CurrentBody’s handling of the new model launch”
Bought at full price — discontinued just three weeks later
I am extremely disappointed with how CurrentBody handled the launch of the new Series 3.
I purchased the CurrentBody Skin Multi-Light Mask at full price at the end of July as a birthday gift to myself. I had been saving for this product and chose CurrentBody because I believed I was purchasing a current, premium product.
However, just three weeks later, the Multi-Light Mask was discontinued and removed from the CurrentBody website. The new Series 3 became the current model, meaning that the mask I had just purchased at full price effectively became the old, discontinued generation almost immediately after my purchase.
This is what I find particularly unfair.
I completely understand that companies develop new products and release improved models. That is not my complaint. My complaint is that customers were still being sold the previous model at full price shortly before it was discontinued, without any clear warning that a new generation was about to be released.
Had I known that the Multi-Light was about to be replaced, I would absolutely have waited a few weeks and purchased the new Series 3 instead.
I saved up for this purchase and expected to receive CurrentBody’s current technology — not to discover shortly afterwards that I had paid full price for a model that had already been superseded.
I contacted CurrentBody hoping they would recognise the situation and offer a reasonable solution or goodwill gesture to customers who purchased immediately before the new model was launched. Unfortunately, I was left feeling that the responsibility for this situation was simply placed on the customer.
For such an expensive product and a premium brand, I expected much better transparency and customer care.
If you are considering buying a CurrentBody mask, I strongly recommend checking whether a new model is about to be released before paying full price.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in CurrentBody.

False Advertising!
FALSE Advertising - I ordered the face and neck mask and received the confirmation for the Face and Neck Mask. I received ONLY the face mask. Here is their reply to my complaint..
"We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the product description. Due to a technical error on our website, your order displayed the Face & Neck Kit: Series 2, although the order was for the Face Mask only."

Highly recommend against this company
I never leave reviews but after my experience with Currentbody would highly recommend others avoid buying with this company. Awful customer service - took nearly 2 weeks of back and forth to not resolve an issue, which is quite disappointing given how much money customers invest in their products. Clearly they invest a lot into paid promotions and ads but in speaking with others about their experience there are much better products and companies on market if you’re going to invest in red light.

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing
I seriously regret buying the CurrentBody Series 3 LED Mask.
First, the fit is terrible for my face. A significant part of the mask sits away from my cheeks and lower face. I have tried every possible strap adjustment, but the only way I can get the mask properly against my skin is to physically press it against my face with my hands throughout the treatment. Tightening it enough to reduce the gap puts painful pressure on my nose and makes the whole experience extremely uncomfortable.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that CurrentBody’s own published explanation of its technology says that fit and distance matter. They state that their flexible masks are designed to sit “snugly against the skin,” that “the closer the contact, the better the absorption,” and that “any gap in coverage, whether from padding or distance, compromises the effectiveness of the treatment.”
Yet when I complained that my mask has a substantial gap, Customer Care suddenly told me that the mask doesn’t need to sit snugly against the face and that it’s fine as long as the light reaches my skin. That response seems completely inconsistent with the way CurrentBody itself explains and markets the technology.
Then comes what I consider the worst part: their return policy.
You buy an expensive wearable device online, but apparently once you open it and try it on, CurrentBody says it cannot be returned for “hygiene reasons.” How exactly is a customer supposed to discover whether a wearable face mask fits their individual face without opening the box and trying it on?
I contacted them promptly, provided photographs showing the problem, explained that the mask had only been opened and tried as necessary to assess the fit, and repeatedly asked them to explain the legal basis for refusing my return under the applicable EU consumer rules.
Instead of properly addressing that question, I repeatedly received essentially the same answer: opened = hygiene = no return, followed by instructions telling me how to adjust the straps.
For a premium product at this price point, I find the whole experience unacceptable. I would strongly advise EU customers to read the returns policy extremely carefully before buying, because if the mask doesn’t fit your face after you open it, you may find yourself being told that opening it to discover that problem means you cannot return it.
I am now escalating the dispute through the appropriate consumer/legal channels.

Thank you CurrentBody brilliant service x

5 Star customer service from Shaheen
I had issues with a return and a gift card I was trying to use and Shaheen S went above and beyond to help me, extremely kind, quick and efficient with solving the problem! 5 Star customer service from Shaheen S
Loose fit and slow customer service
My device doesn't fit my face well at all despite watching many videos and trying different hacks, I find I have to hold it in place with clips. My device also stopped working while under warranty, and it has been replaced, but the process took a very long time and I was not impressed with that. Overall, I use the device and think it helps smooth my skin, but it is hard to know if there are concrete benefits.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service. Item was faulty -sorted quickly and very happy
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. My controller for my series 1 mask accidentally got put in the washing machine so I needed to order a new one. Firstly, I ordered one and then days later they cancelled my order saying it was out of stock.
A couple months later I ordered one again when it was back in stock, however, the controller does not seem to work with my mask and is possibly faulty. I contacted current body about this, and currently have a 21 email chain going back and forth with their customer service with still no resolve. Each time it’s a different customer service agent who clearly doesn’t read the file properly as I’m being asked for the same information over and over. I was offered a new controller as a good will gesture then told I need to pay for it.
Spend your money with a different company.

Most Terrible Shopping Experience
Just bought 1 month the 2.generation face & neck mask then comes out the new generation!!!
How incredible??? And the 2. Generation 4 in 1 face mask running big issue, 3 of 4 Programms couldn’t running 10 mins completely, but only 8 or 9 mins!!!
Definitely not recommended, price is much more too high for these poor quality!!!
And the customer service is also bad!!! Just make the Marketing excuse all the time, not really sincerely support!!! I think they just want your money that’s all!!!
Professional and trustworthy throughout
I would like to thank Currentbody for the great customer service and support they gave me when my LED Mask developed a fault and stopped working. A replacement Mask was agreed and delivered promptly.
Thank you CurrentBody.
