The shipping was super fast . And only using it for 10 days- but feels soooo good and firm.

Ordered 4n1 2 weeks ago and still trying every each day. This device is suitable for daily skincare. I have pretty sensitive skin but feeling well so far. It won’t make your skin hot or red or itchy. I also wear a mask after the lighting. Hope it helps on my sensitive skin.

Really impressed. My 1st zip halo didn't last long just over a year. Got in contact and paid £5 to send back. Replaced straight away and is so much better. The quality is really good and works alot better than the 1st one.

this is my 4th mask due to faults. I cant complain about the service around getting me a new mask (however it does take a weeks to sort), but given i have been using the LED mask for less than 18 months and I've had 4 break (every other day use!!!) says a lot about the quality control of these things.

Product seems good, service is lacking. System generates the wrong shipping details which you then have to chase up with customer service, which itself is weak. Both orders exact same experience. For an expensive item the packaging was pretty flimsy too (no cushioning inside, unit item box could just bang around inside the shipping box. Packing would've been nice.) Perhaps the company thinks people want their product enough to put up with the lackluster service. Seems risky given the flood of LED devices on the market these days.

I love the eye light mask. My eyes are really quite saggy and it gives me hope to use the eye mask. I have used for 2 weeks and I feel like there might be a small improvement. Hopefully it will continue to get better with time.

I have got my first led mask and I must admit it is great. I haven’t been using it for long but the skin feels smoother and plumper. I would recommend to anyone who cares about their skin condition.
