I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CurrentBody, particularly their customer service and return policy.

The company states that products can only be returned if they are unopened. However, this policy seems completely unreasonable for skincare and beauty devices. How is a customer supposed to determine whether a device is suitable for their skin, comfortable to use, or performs as expected without opening the packaging and trying it?

Many beauty devices can cause different reactions depending on an individual's skin type and sensitivity. The only way to assess whether a product is right for you is to use it. A return policy that effectively prevents customers from evaluating the product before committing to it offers little real consumer protection.

When I raised my concerns, I found customer service to be unhelpful and unwilling to consider the practical reality of purchasing a device that cannot be properly assessed until it has been opened and used. Rather than working towards a reasonable solution, they simply relied on the wording of their policy.

For a company selling premium-priced beauty technology, I expected a much higher level of customer care and a more customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling that once the sale is made, customer satisfaction is not a priority.

I would strongly encourage potential customers to carefully review the return policy before purchasing and consider whether they are comfortable taking the risk of buying a device they may not be able to return if it proves unsuitable.

Love the product. Finding it easy to use daily and skin starting to look more glowy and clear.

Hard to research the perfect infrared mask due to sponsored sites. I compared this mask to all others - it came in second best overall but I preferred the eye protection so went with current body - have not been disappointed - would highly rexommend

the mask cord failed and Current Body company were incredibly supportive and replaced my old mask for new mask within days.

Not worth it for the price, there is much more better alternative

The mask is very heavy and pulls down on my face if I’m reclined in a chair. My face must be small because the mouth space doesn’t line up with my mouth so it’s covered during the treatment. On the upside it’s really easy to use.

Easy to purchase and was delivered on time. Currentbody series two mask is the best on the market and I don't regret purchasing it.

Too bright too tight and not able to obtain my money back does not meet my expectations and not able to use the product

Parts missing

Great product- I have done plenty of reading on devices and decided this was the best in its product category.
Easy to order and arrived quickly and product was packaged very well.

The CurrentBody site was easy to navigate and the buying process was clear and transparent, we received what we bought and earlier than was expected. The mask is amazing and my wife loves it because is light and convenient to continue doing her daily beauty routine without stress.

I sold my commercial grade led machine as I wanted something a bit more convenient being a mum of kids on the move, I didn’t have time anymore to just lay when ever I wanted under my machine, I spent several months researching home face masks and looking for very specific details ect to make sure I had the same quality I did with my commercial machine & let me tell you I have not been disappointed.
The price may scare people away but as someone who had used LED Light therapy for many years I truly believe you get what you pay for.
Worth every bit of money and a true beauty investment.
Am going to purchase the chest belt next.

Can't believe how quickly it arrive. I love my new LED face mask, love, love love!!

Product is great, had some issues with delivery tracking though.

I was hesitant to spend this much online on a product i wasn't super familiar with, but the reviews got me over the line. My mask arrived quickly in really nice packaging. Was easy to set up. I LOVE my mask. It's comfy and super simple to use. It's only been a week or two since it arrived so I can't speak for results, but i was surprised by how relaxing I find using this mask. You can still see while it's on, but I quite like to just zen out and relax. If you're waiting for a sign to buy, this is it.

I purchased the combo helmut and LED mask and I couldnt be happier.
The products are comfortable to wear and provide a much needed rest for 10 mins and it switches itself off automatically, so no need for guess work.

I only purchase my CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Mask 2 weeks ago. My skin does look brighter.
